The pine sheets were just what I wanted. The wood was flat and not warped which is what I was worried about. Quck and easy to order, would highly recommend.

One man band business and he also personally deliverd the order. I had made a mistake with the order which got rectified over the phone and all windowsills were delivered in perfect condition. Very pleased indeed and glad to be supporting a small business. Would not hesitate to order again.

Service was very good, being kept informed as to the order status. Order arrived, and was good quality timber, and was very well packed. Only downside, was a mistake made on the width dimension, so the shelves ordered were too wide! Would certainly use again.

I phoned to check that I ordered exactly what I needed. The customer service was great and talked me through the different finishes and then my order was ready to be shipped next day.

The courier was not great as they changed my delivery date at last minute and the parcel was poorly handled. But thankfully Pinecut4you had packed it so well and wrapped it protectively that it was in perfect condition. The wood is lovely and suited my cabinet tops. Great company and will use again.

Appreciated advice when phoned to clarify my order. Gentleman was very patient and helpful. Shelves were well packed and fitted beautifully, very pleased. Postage was a bit more than I expected ( 50% cost of my order!) but exactly what I wanted so I paid it!

Great price, excellent quality, good communication, delivered quickly

Excellent quality and service from these chaps. The delivery came in around a week. We got a call with a delivery slot and it came when stated. The wood is beautifully cut and very accurate; a project which would have taken me weeks to achieve to a lower standard has gone together within a few hours and fits perfectly. The delivery was not packaged at all, but was hand delivered and carried into our house where it was stacked neatly which is all I could ask. Thank you, I’ll be back for more. Oh, and the cost was actually less than buying uncut boards and doing it myself, with no waste either.

I do not have my order. Tracking said parcel wasn’t ready at time of collection, then no more information or updates. Tried to contact pine 4 you via their email address listed on the site which gets rejected as not recognised. Have gone through the website to chase up on their contact us form and still no response. I would not recommend nor will I be using them again.

The pine I ordered was delivered within 2 days of my order.
It was very well packed, and arrived cut exactly to my requirements.
It was delivered direct to my room by a very efficient delivery driver.
The only minor downside was the delivery charge of £35 , which I thought was a little high for the size and amount of wood, that I had ordered.
I can say however, that the pine and service is very good: and I am pleased with the service and the company Pinecut4 you.
Thanks Wayne for your response, a possible suggestion would be to base delivery charges, in bands, according to the weight of the final dispatched pine goods.
