I’ve had my PineTales buckwheat pillow for about two years now, and I absolutely love it! It has truly changed the quality of my sleep — and honestly, my life. Whenever I travel or go on vacation, I miss it so much. I’m planning to get a travel-size version soon because I can’t imagine sleeping without it anymore. Thank you, PineTales, for such a phenomenal product!

I'm that guy who HATES the marshmallow pillows that are so prevalent these days. When I learned of PineTales buckwheat pillows, I ordered one to try, and loved it. My wife sleeps in later than I, and invariably when I'd come back into the bedroom an hour or two later, she would be angled over and on my buckwheat, so she got one for herself, too. These are, hands down, simplythe BEST pillows one can have on their bed.

I love my PineTales buckwheat pillow. I've had it for about a year and I got it originally to help with neck pain which has improved greatly as a result. It also keeps me from rolling around in my sleep since it forms to your head and you can shape as needed. It comes overstuffed, so I removed nearly a gallon bag worth originally and I add them back in as needed due to wear. I haven't had any issues with smells or mold and the outside case is easy to wash. It definitely takes some getting used to since it's significantly harder than a traditional pillow but that was what I was looking for. Definitely would buy again!

I wanted to love the buckwheat pillow because I’d heard such great things about its natural support and breathability. However, I found it too firm and noisy to sleep on comfortably. Rather than letting it go to waste, I started using it in my chair for lumbar support — and it’s perfect for that! It provides just the right amount of firmness to keep my posture aligned and my back comfortable during long periods of sitting. While it didn’t work for me as a bed pillow, it turned out to be an excellent addition to my workspace.

Their pillows are great. I went from having 3 normal pillows to just one of their pillows and I sleep way better!

The communication with Pinetales from the time of my order through shipping was great. The instructions on how to adjust my pillow and their recommendations on storage were spot on. This is by far one of the best most comfortable pillows I’ve ever owned. I try to sleep mostly on my back, but shift to my side during the night, and being able to easily adjust a trough or rise into the pillow helps me sleep through the night with no neck pain!

I've completely given up on my other pillows to suit my chaotic sleep style. It was easy to adjust the amount of fill to get it perfect--its easily manipulated into place, and I have never since woken up with a sweaty head. My only gripe is the smaller sizes should come with their own little pillowcase to keep the cover clean and white. None of mine fit!

I was not home last night and when I went to get pillow this morning it was wet through the box through the outer two coverings of the pillow the inner buckwheat was wet. I believe it’s no good because how do I dry it out? It’ll get moldy. It’s not supposed to get wet. I can take pictures.

This pillow was recommended by my massage therapist for my neck pain. I was worried that it would be uncomfortable but it actually holds my head in the perfect position and has replaced my fluffy pillows. I no longer wake up with neck pain. It's also compact enough to take on road trips!

We love the pillows. We have one that is all buckwheat and a second that is part buckwheat and part foam. Athough you can get refills for the all buckwheat, for some reason you can't get refills for the mixed buckwheat and foam filling. This doesn't make sense. Trying to contact the company with questions was a challenge.

I love everything about PineTales. I love that it's a US based small business and the pillows are handmade. I love that you can customize the pillow by filling it to the amount that is right for you. I don't like using any other pillow now.

Bought full size buckwheat pillow for my notoriously picky husband after my sister-in-law raved about her pillow and brought her travel sized one on our vacation. This is the first pillow my husband has been happy with in many years, after trying many different types (latex/memory foam/etc). He has a travel size one too, so he’s never without. Love the buckwheat pillow!

Thank you very much! I love my two PineTales pillows. I have the cooling Buckwheat pillow and a large size, and a smaller lavender buckwheat pillow. Perfect for my neck and back and propping myself up when I like to read at night without hurting my neck.

I now have both a travel and “regular” sized pine tales pillow. With both, I now sleep better, with no kinks in my neck. I feel fully supported on both my back and my side.
