‘not to be sold individually’ items, absolute con.
really disappointed at what came for the £10.00 mystery box. Some of the items were ‘not labelled for individual sale’, so they were from a multi pack. Surely that’s against trading standards???
Ignores Customers
Made an online order for items that were showing as in stock on the website. Pinkies then cancelled my order because they claimed the items were not actually in stock but they failed to refund my money.
I had to chase them several times via email and telephone to get an update on the refund. I finally got a response after about a week and they said the refund would be processed in 10 working days. It's now been a month and I still haven't been refunded and the shop are now ignoring calls and emails. Terrible customer service! I have had to open a case with PayPal to try and get my money back.

Great presentation and fast delivery, arrived just in time for my occasion. Sweets all packed nicely and good quality. Would highly recommend to those with a sweet tooth who fancy eating sweets from all around the world! Reasonable prices too!

I am happy with my mystery box bundle. The quality of sweets, drinks and other sweetie snacks was good. There where a few items I had never seen or tried before so it has been a nice experience. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Overpriced and ignored
Special email was ignored and following email was also ignored, overpriced for sweets packeted with 0.30 on them. Couldn’t eat any of them apart from 1 which was stale.
Old chocolates…
Sweets looked like they had been made up a few months in advance and the varieties that hadn’t sold before.
Lots of valentine chocs in foil and some discoloured mini eggs.
Wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t order again. I bought these for a friend.

Oh my goodness! We LOVE our sweeties! I ordered quite a selection and we loved it all. My children loved their blue scoops and the pink trio was brilliant. Can't wait to dig into my build a mix. Fantastic value, amazing service and we will definitely be ordering again!!!!!
Delivered to wrong address
Although my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I've been trying to find it. The company have now emailed and sorted this out. Refund is now on its way to my bank and my little one will now have money to go on holiday with shame about the sweets tho.
Amazing products but no response to any emails
I completely rate this company for their branding & products but I am so disappointed that I have sent countless emails, messages via Facebook, even sending messages to the mobile number on the card I received with my first delivery and I have had absolutely no response. I was sucked in by the amazing videos and made a big order as my first. This got lost in transit after I had it redirected from my address to a store. Completely Evri’s fault who were useless but when I contacted the Pinkies (multiple times) to see if they could help with better tracking, all correspondence from me was ignored. My parcel finally turned up and I loved it all so much (aside from 5 out of date products that I also emailed the company about) that I made another order.
Unfortunately, this order was delivered (again by Evri- and left on my doorstep) and it was not there when I arrived home. Again, not Pinkies fault but after trying to get help with Evri regarding this (who are completely useless), they have told me to contact the company- who I explained do not respond and will be of no help- as they can help me. Of course I have done this, again sending emails and messages via Facebook & WhatsApp and no response.
This is so disappointing because I would’ve continued buying from Pinkies Sweeties because the products are amazing but I cannot spend my money with a company that is so lacking in customer service. I’m currently £30 down from an order that has disappeared from my doorstep and I am fully aware that this is Evri’s incompetence at not leaving it in a more secure place but after sending countless messages to this company regarding two orders I have placed and being completely ignored, I won’t buy from them again.

Branding is top notch, selection also top notch. Pricing reasonable considering the size of the order. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else now. Dispatch quick. Don’t respond to emails, don’t buy!!
I ordered twice from this company first was fine the 2nd time sweets came expired!!! The mystery box had like 7 items in it and they were mostly small items definitely not worth £9.99!! I emailed them twice with no response from them. How can you sell expired items to your customers then not respond to emails but email asking for a review?? I feel like this company is a scam as zero communication/response and I would strongly NOT recommend buying from them.
Not the best…
I bought from this company and whilst everything came in good condition, multiple products came expired. I tried to contact the company via email and via instagram messages but have heard nothing back. On top of this, I keep receiving emails from the company asking me to review their products, which seems insulting when I have been attempting to make contact for weeks.
