The dress is new, unworn and was in it's original sealed packaging before we gift wrapped your item, the shop is a smoke free zone and we have no smokers in our team, so I am at a loss to explain the smell. I was after a Jellycat Riverside Fox…
I was after a Jellycat Riverside Fox Toy as a last minute Xmas gift for my young daughter. Called Pink Poodle at around 4pm to explain what I was after and to double check available stock. They confirmed they had 1 left in stock and kindly offered to put it to one side for me. I placed the online order at around 4:30pm, and by 4:40pm received the notification that the item was on its way! So they obviously worked incredibly fast to get the order in the post as quickly as possible. The toy arrived in perfect condition on the 24th, and we had a very happy girl on Xmas day! Thanks very much for your efforts.

Excellent thank you. I needed a little last minute stocking filler and the Pink Poodle had the perfect thing (pangolin charm .. totally cute:). It came very quckly, in time for christmas even tho i ordered it quite late and was well packed. I am very happy with my purchase.
