Very controlling, exploitation of free labor

My interest for Pinky promise stopped in 2018. It was absolute disappointing experience. I traveled all the way from Texas to come to this event with my best friend, when they expressed a lot of need for volunteers, I decided I wanted to donate some of my time while there. For some reason volunteering with them is more of an authoritative experience, and very unpleasant.
I feel that when they asked me to volunteer for pinky promise it was more like they were demanding me to do a full-time job for nothing. When I volunteer I choose how much time I'm going to donate period but instead they gave me this long drawn-out schedule that told me what I was going to do throughout my day from about 8:00 a.m. all the way to about 6:00 p.m., I could not have any control on how I wanted to donate my time. They even would not even allow me to take breaks when I wanted them to be taken they told me I had to follow the schedule it was extremely tasking and exhausting. Many girls in the group chat for the pinky promise volunteer was complaining and one girl even cursed and told them to stop bothering her, apparently she had already canceled her plans to volunteer because it was so strenuous. I was just amazed that they really expected me to work like that three consecutive days for pinky promise. I was like this is just literally exploitation for free labor. Just really distasteful.

Fraud!

Heather Lindsey is a scammer who refuses to offer refunds and does not always send people the products they pay for. She is also funneling money through this organization. She also over-charges people for services and information that can be found online for free

Over the years they have been many…

Over the years they have been many problems that have come up about pinky promise and Heather but the tip of the iceberg for me was her devotionals. This lady really wanted me to spend $120 ($10 monthly) for an online daily devotional. You can get a good devotional from some big names for as low as $5 and she wanted $120!!!! Plus she refused to refund those who couldn't afford her conference anymore. Like girl do you not watch the news, theres a lot of people that have lost jobs through no fault of their own, that money she refused to give back could have really helped a lot of families. I wont even mention the whole I'm not a pastor but I preach thing or the scam that was the grocery giveaway.

I wish there was a way to give zero…

I wish there was a way to give zero stars because she doesnt deserve a single one. She had people to pay $100+ for a virtual conference that was horribly thrown together after the cancelation of her on site conference. You were almost forced to accept this option because she did not offer refunds even though the on site conference was canceled at no fault of the consumer. $100 for glitchy videos, zero interaction unlike other virtual conferences held the same weekend, and the speakers seemed to be people that she went and pulled off of the streets. This is all a money grab. She does not care about her consumers after they give her their money. She should change the name of this to Charge Back Movement because that's what you will be filing after you get involved with this mess.

This organization is a front for…

This organization is a front for scamming and spiritual abuse. Heather inflates prices for the event, with no proof of any community give back (she then requests additional separate funds for that).
Heather made the 2020 conference online, AND REFUSED to discount or account for the reason it still cost $95 to sit in the comfort of your home. She dropped the price for new registrants to 75 but what happens to those who already paid 95? Nothing. No refund, nada.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. She sets up monthly charges for services cancelled and doesn’t give refunds when called out either. Just a SCAMMER!

Heather Lindsey is a scamming fraud

Heather Lindsey had me pay over $1200 for her mentoring. She didn’t offer me but 2 one on one sessions, always referred me to
My Bible & had me in group settings.

Also, she had me donate money to a baby shower about two years ago from a lady who almost had an abortion. Only problem is the lady in the UK never surfaced so I feel
That was a gimmick.

The final straw was when I donated money to her “grocery give away” it was all a hoax. This lady must be stopped. She uses God to get young people to believe her nonsense.

Pinky Promise and Heather Lindsey is a SCAM

This so-called nonprofit has been abusing funds for several years. The founder of Pinky Promise, Heather Lindsey, has been funneling money through this organization tax free. This organization frequently fails to send purchased merchandise to customers, "forgetting" to send orders, and they do not give refunds even when asked and stalked online. They are a scam operation, do not do business with them whatsoever.

Heather Lindsey is stealing

Heather Lindsey is stealing non-profit money to fund her lifestyle. She is underreporting income. You don’t get what you pay for with Pinky Promise. Multiple women have not received what they paid for...the pinky promise organization has poor leadership and Heather is very disrespectful. Do not spend your money with this organization!!!!!

Do not support.

Just don’t support this company. Sells extremely overpriced services and tickets while offering little value. I supported pinky promise and even purchased books in the past. The book was poorly written with recycled content. I do not understand the structure of pinky promise and while it appears to be a nonprofit organization, there is very little charity events and work while prices for services and events are ASTRONOMICAL. I do not trust this business and would encourage anyone to do research before supporting.

The Pinky Promise Movement Is A Scam

The Pinky Promise Movement ran by Heather Lindsey and Cornelius Lindsey is a complete scam. They have refused to give me back all of my money for items I purchased and never received. The pink leaders course was also incomplete and they kept double charging me and refused to answer any emails when I begged them to cancel my account. They have scammed hundreds of other young women also. Run away from this organization!
