Absolutely would recommend
All communication from start to finish was brilliant! I wasn't even on site for collection- but the team handled everything with care and arrived timely with no damage. Since I was not on site there were discrepancies in the inventory but it all sorted itself out when things were unpacked. The delivery team was especially efficient and helpful. Would absolutely recommend Pinnacle with any overseas move. I've done two other overseas moves with other companies and Pinnacle definitely made tracking and all communication much easier.

The professional team members work hard to deliver everything on time. My items were transferred to Cyprus earlier than I expected, in excellent condition, and everything was smooth. The contact person was always there to answer questions and requests.

Great experience!
Having never used a moving company before, I was a little bit concerned about how much care and attention they would provide and how much it would cost me.
I very quickly realised I had nothing to worry about, the entire experience end to end was great, from the initial call, the visit to size up the possessions to a very reasonable quote and the moving day itself.
We packed and labelled our own stuff using boxes provided by Pinnacle, we then left them to do all the hard work over 2 days, the team were great, good humoured throughout and nothing was to much trouble for them, they looked after our possessions and put them in all of the rooms as labelled, they were super flexible on the day with any last min changes to where stuff should go as well.
All in all a 5* experience and would highly recommend

Pinnacle, what a wonderful company
There was really great communication prior to the actual removal date which is essential.A fantastic team of 5 that packed up our house with great care and then moved us 150 miles north over 3 days in all. Nothing was too much trouble AND was truly excellent value for money. Well done and thank you.

Careful, efficient, and thorough!
Pinnacle did a fab job helping me move swiftly and efficiently from one end of Surrey to the other, following a relationship break down. They were a great team of packers who took great care in ensuring my belongings were safely transported, and saved me a lot of time and effort at a time where it was the last thing I wanted to try and figure out on my own! Moved from surrey to cyprus

Great removal experience throughout
Constant Communication made this move so much less stressful than I had anticipated. The office staff were very patient and the packing team and driver were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and I was always comfortable with them in my houses. All in all I am very happy to recommend this company.
