Really great Casino in a past years always back here with plesaure to spend few thousands and have great time. I m a Platinum VIP player , and i have bee refused to increased my withrawal limit few times. It is clearly shown that if you reach a given level, you can apply for an increase in the payout limit. I received information from customer service agents that this is no longer avialable. After almost a month, the information has not changed on the casino's home page.

Na mijn eerdere review over pinocasino kreeg ik als reactie op mij review dat zij bereid zijn om mij te helpen.
Maar na contact te hebben gehad krijg ik dit als antwoord: Can you clarify your exact request at the moment?

Nu lijkt dit gewoon een normale vraag maar als je je bedenkt dat ik al weken bezig ben met emails heen en weer vind ik dit schaamteloos,
Het staat allemaal in mijn correspondentie met pinocasino waar ik tegen aan loop.
Dit gaat over het onmogelijk maken van de verificatieproces.
Dus mensen pas op en ga niet bij pinocasino spelen want je komt niet door het verificatieproces en krijg daardoor niet uitbetaald.

Pino Casino doet moeilijk terwijl ik alle gevraagde documenten heb ingeleverd.
Pino Casino, daar heb ik eerder probleemloos uitbetaald gekregen. Nu krijg ik even hoofdpijn en stress van ze, Ik heb alle documenten opnieuw moeten sturen, alles goed maar zij vragen een bankafschrift waar mijn naam en meerdere transacties op staan.
Kopie van bankafschrift met naam, rekeningnummer en saldo verzonden en een deel met transacties met zelfde saldo maar geen naam, paste er niet op, wel de overboeking naar Pino Casino. Ik word er echt doodmoe van.
Ik zou nu eindelijk uitbetaald willen worden. Daarna zal ik NOOIT meer bij ze spelen. Dan sluit ik mijn account. Opname weer geweigerd vandaag 2 juni, nu wordt opeens kopie van mijn oude bankrekening gevraagd, Ik mocht via een mail van hun agent mijn nieuwe bank account die speciaal voor casino s gebruik zelf invoeren, oude was door hem verwijderd en mocht ik storten en spelen. Storting was geaccepteerd. Ik heb geen toegang meer op een oude bankaccount die niet meer actief is. Al heel lang niet.
Nu heb ik alle documenten gestuurd , nog niet betaald. 195,-- euro. Ze vragen nu een afschrift van mijn oude bank die al langer dan een jaar nier meer actief is. Met hun toestemming mocht ik mijn huidige Rabo rekening gebruiken. WAAR haal ik een recente afschrift van de oude ABN bank ??? Volgens the domme dame op de chat moet het aan de bank vragen. Bijna 4 dagen niets anders dan documenten opgestuurd. Alles was eindelijk goedgekeurd en nu moet ik weer 1 van de oude bank dus uitbetaling is weer afgekeurd. GA NOOIT NAAR PINO, ze maken je
gek.

The worst casino every they working with outdated expired id documents , the wont do any withdraws they will send you from this point to that point and you get no clearly answers
For the new ones don’t go for vip managers once you have those guys your getting screwed they don’t do nothing special than only costing troubles

Slechte uitbetaling
4 en 7 december uitbetaling gedaan van 2000 euro.
Tot op heden nog steeds niks ontvangen. Meerdere keren contact gezocht met de live chat en mijn vraag licht bij het team die het onderzoekt.
12 december een uitbetaling gedaan van 370 euro. Dit de volgende dag ontvangen. Maar de andere 2 nog steeds niet!
Erg slecht en ze laten je extreem lang wachten op hun antwoord.
Als ik mijn geld heb ontvangen sluit ik gelijk mijn account en zal hier nooit meer spelen! Dus kijk uit als het gaat om uitbetalingen.
Vandaag 26 december nog steeds niks ontvangen en nog steeds niks gehoord van het service team!
Vandaag 13 januari 2024. Ik heb 1100 euro ontvangen en mis nu nog 900 euro!
Weer een zaakje alles onderzoeken terwijl ze alles al in bezit hadden.
Wederom is de communicatie traag.
Bijna anderhalve maand verder en niet alles ontvangen.
Uiteindelijk 2 dagen na het aanpassen van mijn revieuw heb ik de 200 euro ontvangen op 15 januari. Nu mis ik nog steeds de 700 euro die ik nog niet heb ontvangen. Ze vragen continu om afschriften als bewijs wat ze al meerdere keren hebben ontvangen. Maar tot op heden nog steeds niet alles binnen. Ik ben al vanaf begin december 2023 bezig om het allemaal te ontvangen maar er zijn nu al bijna !2! Maanden voorbij. Echt heel erg slecht.
