Excellent communication, delivery as advised, product excellent (beer engine). Also ordered beer in a box through Pint 365, and this was also delivered as advised. Can't fault the service or products.

I live in Perth Western Australia. The delivery was here within a couple of weeks which is extremely quick.
The beer engine looks awesome and so easy to set. If you’re after a hand pull pint please get one of these they are superb.

I ordered some pint 365 parts and some beer on the 17/09 the parts no issue arrived within days , but the beer I required for 24th has still not come, apparently the brewery had missed the order , not sure what to do next time,

Excellent Company!
I've been looking for a beer engine for a while and these were very reasonably priced and well made. Their customer service is excellent. Shipping to the States was very reasonable and very fast. I will be buying from them again!

Delivery Issues
Customer service from Pint 365 was excellent when I contacted them. The issue was between the courier and the brewery who had multiple issues (missed collection, delay in delivery) which meant I didn’t get it when I needed it by. I will give them them benefit of the doubt and give them another go when needed due to the customer service they provided in trying to sort out the issues.

Perfect product, perfect customer service.
I had a problem with my original order, (which arrived the day after me drunk ordering it in the middle of the night - sometimes this pays off 🤷♀️) they sent a standard hand pull instead of the deluxe one I ordered. This was resolved within a day or two with nothing but a very brief email conversation. The deluxe version is absolutely perfect for what we need. I like a specific boxed cider and I'm obviously too lazy to pour it out of the box + this is way more fancy, looks great in my garden bar The Moody Cow and works like a dream without the faff of setting up kegs etc that only actual pubs and people with a serious love of beer will use before it goes off. I can highly recommend spending the extra on the deluxe version, it's absolutely beautiful, I love it and I have already recommended it to others.
