Sent an item (unused and unopened) back to the company via royal mail. Item was delivered and have not received my refund and have made repeated attempts to get in contact with the company but have had no response at all.

Their website is so confusing

Their website is so confusing. I ordered a breast pump replacements. Ended up having to do 3 orders as its so unclear, even the lady who called me agreed it was extremely confusion and they would make it clearer. then I never received a refund for the stuff I had to send back. Ended up losing £75 after £200 on the pumps originally.

Honestly amazing

Amazing, used this for my second baby. As I had a hand me down wire kit from a different brand during my first and hated pumping and felt like a cow having to pump near a plug socket in hospital or then used one that I had to do in the toilet which felt gross. The Pipetta only leaked once when I forgot I was wearing it and leaned right over. And I pumped in restaurants without anyone knowing. So so good!! I recommend it to all my pregnant and breastfeeding friends.

I chose the Pippeta breast pump whilst pregnant based on customer reviews. It is very reasonably priced compared to others on the market and does a great job. I am expressing and the pump has enabled me to fully breastfeed this way. I bought extra parts after birth and they arrived promptly. Thank you Pippeta for offering a great breast pump!

A great breast pump

A great breast pump, I bought it as my original pump broke, this is definitely an upgrade, easy to use, have used it at home and when out and about.

Love this pump

Love this pump! It is noisy, wish it had a lower sound. It has leaked on me a few times at the bottom and I’ve lost milk, the top electric part falls off at times which can be frustrating but other than that, it’s amazing. I was using the medela hand pump and this has changed the game.

Really happy with my Pippeta products

Really happy with my Pippeta products, I needed to ask customer service a question about which product would be best and the response was super quick. Loved the messaging in the box too which was nice.

Great little pumps by Pippeta

Great little pumps by Pippeta, they have a been a life saver for me. Super convenient and very easy to use especially being a busy mom of 2, I take them everywhere with me. I use them in the car and train regularly. Suction is super good and consistent and the storage bags are very hand also. Would recommend to any new mum, so simply and easy to use. Don’t know how I would survive without my Pippeta pumps!

Does the job but not the best

prone to leaking and battery life isn't great. I'd recommend spending a bit more and going with another brand

Please do not purchase!!!

Absolutely awful experience with these breast pumps and I definitely definitely definitely would not recommend. If I could give no stars I would. The pump motors kept detaching from the cups. Any slight movement would detach the pumps. I chose these pumps for the convenience however I was left sitting and holding the pump motors in place. My daughter was on a weight management plan and I relied on pumping after feeding to give her a top up feed as requested by my midwife. It really affected my feeding journey and left me feeding her for longer and in situations which made me feel totally uncomfortable. They completely negated hands free pumping and I wish I never spent money on them and proceeded with a more reliable brand. The customer service I received was not helpful at all in my opinion and made me feel like I had to stick with the pumps. I asked for a refund multiple times but they insisted new sealing rings would sort the issue. They forgot to send the rings so I had to contact them AGAIN after waiting a week (they blamed ‘lost in transit’ I mean just admit you forgot to send them) all while I was without working pumps and it was having a huge effect on me personally as I was already stressed with the weight management plan. I tried the new rings and they still did not fix it. I had to fight for my money back which I felt was really bad customer service despite highlighting the struggle I was experiencing very early on. Customer service requested I send the pumps back but did not even send me a free returns label, but said I’d be refunded up to £3.90, I think I lost about £2 here which is small but this all added towards my view on poor customer service. I complained AGAIN after I received the refund email as I purchased the bundle package which included a pair of pumps, vitamin patches and storage bags. I was quite shocked that they’d been petty enough to only refund me for the pumps. Again adding towards my view of poor customer service. I suggested as a goodwill gesture after everything is been through, the constant back and fourth complaining, asking for my money back, trying new rings which they’d taken a week to send, spending time sending videos and contacting them while I could have been providing my daughter with better top up feeds with another brand that the least they could do was to refund all my money and allow me to keep the vitamin patches and bags as a goodwill and as an apology. However the response I received was basically ‘well the vitamin patches and storage bags are not faulty’. Honestly laughable and totally shocked me that there is customer service out there that exists like this. Breast feeding, having a new baby and the very little time new mums have is precious and I should not have spent our first few months complaining, feeling frustrated and receiving in my opinion rude replies. Your 30 day warranty is to put it politely, completely inconsiderate as the breast pumps are an electrical item not a piece of clothing. Honestly girls please do not listen to the good reviews like I did and go for a reliable brand!!!!

Our intention from the beginning was to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. When detachment concerns are reported, the most common cause is related to the sealing rings, which is why we arranged to send replacements immediately. The replacement rings were dispatched the same day; however, they were lost in transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. As soon as we became aware of this, we sent another set straight away. We fully appreciate how inconvenient that delay must have been for you, and we are sorry that this solution did not resolve the issue in your case. It was never our intention for you to feel unsupported.

As you requested a refund, we needed the pumps returned so that we could properly investigate the fault. This helps us identify any potential product issues and prevent similar situations in the future. Once the pumps were received and the inspection completed, we processed a full refund for the pump cost immediately.

With regard to the other items in the bundle (the vitamin patches and storage bags), these products were not reported as faulty. Under consumer rights, refunds apply to faulty goods, which is why these items were not automatically refunded. We understand this may have been disappointing, and we apologise for any frustration this caused.

great products!

im really impressed by the weaning products, they are great quality and perfect for babies and toddlers. the bottles are fab too, they are the only bottles my baby will drink from!

Adore this brand

Don’t bother, leaks and noisy !!

I was really hopeful about these pumps but unfortunately they are the worse!

I am constantly losing milk due to leakage, I messaged customer service and was told it was incorrect flange size, it is not . I even got measured by lactation consultant to check.

As a person who is just enougher, every drop of milk counts.

To be told it’s just because I must have measured incorrectly is extremely dissapointing .

I wouldn’t reccomend these pumps to anyone, clearly issue with them. That’s being ignored and told it’s me that’s the problem!

Also not silent , very loud!

Waste of money !

Difficult to move around with it

Difficult to move around with it. Also some parts get lose once sterilised

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you found it difficult to move around with your Pippeta Handsfree Breast Pump and that some parts felt loose after sterilising. That’s definitely not the experience we want for any of our customers.

Our pumps are designed to be lightweight and hands-free so you can express milk while you get things done, and many mums find they can wear them discreetly inside their bra for better mobility. However, we understand that everyone’s body and preferences are different, and finding the best fit and setup can sometimes take a little time and adjustment.

With regards to the parts after sterilising, all components that contact breast milk should be disassembled before cleaning and sterilisation, and we recommend following the temperature guidance in our instructions (e.g., not exceeding certain heat levels and keeping the motor unit out of direct washing/sterilising). It can also help to check that each piece is correctly aligned when reassembling, as this ensures a secure fit and maintains suction performance. I can see that your pump was purchased in November 2025, depending on the amount of usage the breast pump, it may be the case you need to replace your valves and diaphragms.
