You get what you purchased.
Shipping was verry fast. Love the poster. I got two little negative points at first my frame had a lot of scratches so a bit off damage. Second the pixel quality from the print can be higher cause its not the finnest picture that i have seen. Furthermore i am surely happy with my purchase.🙂

Avoid.
Having read the mainly positive reviews I ordered a print on Monday 23rd May 2022, and paid the additional £5.99 postage in order to receive it by close of play Wednesday (Royal Mail 24hr delivery). It’s now 1pm Thursday 26th May and still no print.
Requested refund via email as this was a present I intended to present today. No response from the company to date.
Shambles really. I would advise to stay clear. I’ve subsequently received an email telling me the print is on its way (via 48hr Royal Mail!).
I’ll keep you posted as to how my request for a refund pans out…I’m not holding my breath.)

Your email to us was sent at 6:41pm last night, we have just replied to you on this matter which is within less than 24 hours of you reaching out to us.
Your order was placed on Monday evening and was processed the following day (less than 24 hours), as detailed on our website all orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 working days.
As detailed in our email response to yourself, there has been a recent update on the system we use to process orders, the update has caused an error where the shipping method chosen isn't always pulling through. This update was around 4 days ago so the error has only just been realised and we are working on a fix. It is unfortunate that your order in particular was caught up in this error but it was not done on purpose and we have refunded your delivery charge immediately.
Your order is due for delivery between 27th - 30th May (due to it landing on a weekend)
In response to your review itself, I am sorry you feel this way but as a business we have done nothing wrong, the error with the shipping method is unfortunate but is not something that happens often, we processed your order in less than 24 hours and responded to your email in less than 24 hours. I think your review is very unfair.

Silverstone print
Print was good easy to order, just no delivery date, had to email separately for this, but came when they said it would, and I'm not good with technology so could have missed the delivery bit, all in all good service, gave 4 stars because of the delivery bit
