The whole process was really smooth and much quicker than I thought it would be. Setting an appointment was really easy as they sent through emails and texts with the link to book (they do not let you forget!)

We spoke to Shane, who was excellent throughout. He walked us through everything clearly and he was very understanding in the times when we didn't have a straight answer for the questions. He was happy to go back and change things that we had reconsidered, and was always clear about what would happen in all the different possible events. It was really helpful for us to be able to check everything and decide what was best for us; we were never encouraged one way or the other at any point, just given all the details we needed to make an informed decision.
