Mine turned out perfect, it really adds a professional, classy element to my camera.

*Read update below!* I ordered my item on February 24th. I just received it today, March 31st. It apparently got stuck in customs so they said they would rush a newly made one out, which is weird because it took a bit to make and they had one ready? Quality-wise, I’m impressed. It’s snug in my camera and looks good. Problem? I changed my brand logo. I would’ve loved if could’ve changed it to my new logo (then I wouldn’t have minded a delay) after the first one never came. I discount, something. I’d love to order one with my new logo but after the shipping experience. Nervous.

Update- they rectified my situation promptly so I have updated my review. I do believe in transparency so my original words stay, but I’m considering my last order issue as a fluke. Their customer service is very responsive, which is definitely a bonus. Sarah has been very helpful! I did place a new order with a new logo and within a couple of hours, I had the render. I know the final product will look just like it so I’m excited!

The product fits ok on canon dslr. But it was clearly not made for canon mirrorless bodies. On both it tends to slip off with the slightest bumb. On mirrorless bodies, it's not just too thin but also too small. It does not cover the entire shoe, leaving connectors exposed.

I still liked it enough to order for all 3 of my cameras. But i imagine I'll lose them at some point. Nice attempt but failed execution on your end.

Thw blue covernlooks more purple than blue. Also had to put tape on the bottoms to make them more secure in the shoe. Took longer than the site said it would.

These came out. Amazing even with a more complicated logo. Great product

For a camera hot shoe, I had printed name and phone but the phone is too small and unreadable as is.

Amazingly accurate reproduction of my logo on a very small space. I chose aluminum because I thought it would blend better with the camera. It does. I’m surprised more aluminum samples aren’t shown.

This was a great experience, they sent a preview of the piece before shipping so I knew what to expect and the quality is wonderful. It was my husband's favorite gift.
