He is organised, structured and adds value at every point in the process, from conceptualisation through to delivery. He keeps his commitments and is always thinking one step ahead.

Shaun really cares about his work and by extension cares about his clients. When things came up in the project that weren't clear cut, which happens when dealing with technology and websites, he took the time to find solutions. He is dedicated and follows through on his commitments.
