I am talking about the company hongkong based for Pixel.Net (not the pixel.network.uk as people misunderstood to the wrong company)

I wanted to share that I finally received a refund after sending more than 10 emails. As I saw another user here had the same experience and mentioned that he got money back after sending 10 emails and thanks a lot for that guy for the info.
If you’re in the same boat, keep trying.

Konnte einen Problemfall über PayPal öffnen und habe die Zusage über die Rücküberweisung von PayPal erhalten.

ABOFALLE! Betrüger! Ohne ersichtliche Infos hat man nach 24 Stunden ein Abo!

Fraud. Pulled 2 x 50 euros from my PayPal account after i paid 10cent for a photo Edit.

Es handelt sich um einen Betrug. Ich zahlte 10ct und habe jetzt ein 50€Abo am Hals:(

Voller Betrug. Ich habe 1 Bild bearbeitet für 0.10 E. Am nächsten Tag wurden per PayPal 49 abgebucht. Ganz sicher kein Vertrag abgeschlossen. Warum schreibt das Unternehmen, es sei geschlossen, wenn doch die Abbuchung von Hongkong Pixel Networks vorgenommen wurde. Wenn so viele von diesem Betrug betroffen sind, kann man sich irgendwo zusammen tun? Frage an Trust Pilot, wer kann uns helfen?

Erst 0,10€ für abgebucht, heute dann von meinem Paypal Konto 49,90€. Frechheit und Paypal macht nichts. Angeblich wäre alles richtig.
Bodenlose Frechheit sowas zu unterstützen

In short avoid like the plague. They literally stole close to £200 from my bank account and will not refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Angeblich ist das Unternehmen ja geschlossenen aber antwortet sogar hier noch.

The 10p relates to one AI photo enhancement “free” offer, but there is a hidden immediate subscription - to nothing. VERY disappointed with PayPal who are not interested in helping despite overwhelming evidence that this is a complete SCAM.

Und die E-Mailadresse, die Paypal angibt, existiert gar nicht.
Natürlich hatte ich kein Abo abgeschlossen oder ähnliches.
Internetbetrüger und Paypal macht da mit!
49,90 € wurden abgebucht und ich habe jetzt den Stress mit Paypal!

What a shame you can't rate a company with zero stars! In common with oh so many other reviewers I was scammed into a monthly subscription (of £49.90) after paying £0.50 for a digital download. Luckily for me, I paid via PayPal and they found in my favour after I appealed their initial decision (which was in favour of the seller). A company called Hong Kong Pixel Network Technology Co., Limited, are behind these scams. They should be lynched!

The next day ploy is because PayPal require 24 hours to cancel a payment, meaning you can’t do anything about it. Don’t fall for this scam

Hier dürfte es sich um eine Betrugsmasche handeln in der ein 10 cent Betrag für ein Produkt gefordert wird und danach ein Abbo gestartet wird um 49,90€.

Auf meine Mail mit der Aufforderung zur Stornierung wurde mit der Beendigung des Abonnement reagiert aber keine Antwort oder Geld zurück ... sie haben die Nachricht aber defintiv gelesen da sie mein Abbo storniert haben aber das Geld habe ich nicht zurück bekommen!

Vorsicht organisierter Betrug!
Wer für 10 Cent eine Konvertierung benutzt, bekommt automatisch eine Jahres-Abo. Ich hatte extra aufgepasst. Keine Info, keine Zustimmung, nichts.
Leider unterstützt Paypal diese kriminellen Machenschaften.
Ein Anwalt ist eingeschaltet.

Totally scam. Without my permission they charged money from my account . I requested my refund but stay now more than 30days still I didn’t received my refund.

Angeblich soll ich ein monatliches Abo abgeschlossen haben, doch ich habe bisher weder einen Vertrag gesehen noch eine Leistung für meine 49,90€ (!) erhalten. Der Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf meine E-Mails und das Abo lässt sich nirgends kündigen, da man auf der Webseite des "Verkäufers" kein Konto öffnen respektive sich irgendwo einloggen kann. Das ist Betrug!!!
