Amazing!! Worth it.
Amazing!!! The picture is just like a painting and it feels like a painting! My boyfriend will love it! His mom passed away when he was a teen and he never really had pictures with his mom. I thought it would be ideal to merge a picture of his mother with him as an adult now. :)

I am sorry to hear this! You placed an order to move one person to a photo but requested us to move 3 and do extensive photo editing. We have refunded you since you refused to pay according to your request. You can reach us out before placing an order to get a personalized quote for your customization request.
The pictures turned out horrible
The pictures turned out horrible. They were not faded and we’re almost disrespectful. I’d like my money back since I had to pay for something without an option for preview.

I am sorry you feel this way, however your artwork was done according to your requirements. We have sent you the artwork via email and you could have requested revisions. We have not heard back from you. You cannot cancel an order after the service was provided according to your requirements and delivered to your email. Once the artwork is delivered, you can only request revisions. Please read our Revision & Refund policy to which you agreed with when you placed an order on our website. We only provide the service as long as there is an order. If revisions are needed, get in touch with us. We're always looking to help.

The service given is fantastic
The service given is fantastic! I had the artist, Ryan, create a picture to add my son's great grandfather, who had passed, into his newborn pictures with his great grandma. I had them edit my order many times and they did it in a timely manner and kept editing until I was 100% satisfied and my photo came out perfect! This gift will mean so much to his great grandmother ❤️

Perfect photo.. I wanted someone that had sadly passed to be in a photo with her grandson that she never got to meet. They adjust it as well if you’re not 100% happy with the first edit.
Definitely recommend.

I was hoping for more input from the artist to make it look better than just taking the 2 photos and slapping them together...I could have done this myself.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed, although during the entire email communication you have not mentioned any disappointment. We have used your order photos and followed your instructions. We sent you a sample for a check-up and you have requested a revision to make the deceased shorter and also requested to provide another version with the deceased transparent for which we normally charge. We have provided the revision according to your new instructions and also provided another version with the deceased as a transparent presence for FREE. What we do, is shown in the product's photos and the product description and we have made the order according to your requests.
