i have been using pixfort themes for a few clients for a while and they are great! the interface is very clean and the designs are great, support is very helpful too.

They are scamming the customers. If you buy their theme you can use it only once, like a bus ticket. You cant change the domain, subdomain, nothing, they dont want you to have the flexibility. They just want you to buy the theme 10 times for 1 website. Pay 100 euro each time you need to rebrand/test, 0 support, arrogance.... an awful experience. Avoid them as much as possible. Condoleances for the already scammed customers.
Easy to use and perfect for my website, also they have very nice designs
The support experience has been unsatisfactory. Response times average a week, and conversations are closed without resolution.
My request to transfer purchased themes to a new domain was denied, citing single-use licensing (despite using themes on only one domain at a time). A similar transfer was successfully facilitated several years ago after extensive communication.
Current support attempts have been unsuccessful, with conversations closed despite repeated inquiries.
This is the second time I’ve written a review, and they keep removing it. Now I understand why they only have good reviews. This is by far the most toxic support team I’ve ever dealt with. They completely ignore you, even though I still have 4 months of support left.
Every time I ask for help—like changing the cart icon—they just say it’s “customization” and refuse to assist. In fact, anything I ask about is dismissed as customization and “not included in support.” If that’s the case, what is included in support?
The theme is incomplete and full of bugs. I’m working on a client’s website, and it’s been a nightmare trying to get through every step. Worst of all, they simply don’t care about you. They just want your money for the theme, and if you leave a review, they’ll go to great lengths to have it removed. Avoid them at all costs!
Other reviews entirely unfair as they mainly focus on licensing policy. The policy is clearly on their website and the website of the platform you buy the theme on.
My experience with pixfort has been amazing. Had two issues with the theme and received a reply the next day (on the weekend!) with the info that it had been fixed already on my site and the fix will be included for everyone in the next update. The themes are professional and well made and offer functionality that other themes lack.
Terrible experience. Customer support ignores my tickets entirely, and any reviews I post are deleted without explanation. On top of that, they don’t allow license transfers, which is ridiculous and makes the plugin useless if it’s no longer needed. Avoid if you want responsive support or flexibility with your purchase.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Essentials Theme License Policy
I had a terrible experience with the Essentials theme. After testing the theme on a staging domain, I was shocked to discover that I couldn’t transfer the license to the live domain. They lock the license to the first domain you use it on, which makes no sense if you're following best practices by testing before going live! This inflexible license policy has wasted both my time and money, as now I have to either buy another license or scrap my entire setup.
For anyone considering Essentials, beware – once you activate the license, you're stuck with it on that domain. There are much better themes out there with more reasonable license policies. I won’t be using Essentials again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values flexibility and customer support.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
We have a license with cloudrack.ca for their theme for wordpress, we are allowed to disable then move it to another domain and re-enable it, welp after 3 years later we were not able to, unsure as to why.
With all said and done we brought up the matter in their live chat no one responded at all. Then we login to envato and our accounts disabled? So you guys went and cried a river about how we spoke up about paying 100$/usd for a theme that we were no longer able to use.
