I recently bought a body mist from the safa gold mall , but unfortunately my experience was really disappointing. The mist itself was not good quality because when it mixed with sweat, the smell became unpleasant, and the fragrance did not last at all. Because of this, I went back to the Madison square khaadi outlet hoping to exchange it. I was even willing to pay extra and buy another mist instead.
However, the behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me politely, they responded in a disrespectful way and said, “Either use it or throw it away.” As a customer, I expected better customer service and a more respectful attitude.
Overall, I am disappointed not only with the product quality but also with the way the staff handled the situation. Customer satisfaction and respectful behavior should always be a priority.he said it's yours either use it or throw it away

Huge prices, but still no shame. After spending thousands on clothes, they have the audacity to ask for an extra Rs. 300 for a shopping bag. It is embarrassing for a big brand to beg for 'change' at the counter like this. I am not paying to be your free walking advertisement. Next time, I’ll bring a plastic sack from home since you clearly can't afford to provide a bag with a luxury suit. Total lack of class.
