From our very first inquiry, the team at PK Green responded promptly and professionally, giving us complete confidence in placing our order. The LED columns we received were beautifully made and exceeded all expectations in both quality and design.
Although one item was unfortunately damaged in transit, PK Green acted immediately—sending both a repair kit and a full replacement to ensure we had everything in time for our event. It's incredibly refreshing to experience this level of white-glove service. Highly recommended!

Excellent Customer Service
Very happy overall with our purchase of five 16" LED cubes with graphics on all sides for a trade show. Customer service was very responsive from first contact right through to delivery. Quote process, art/design process, proofs, payment, delivery - all great. We had the products drop-shipped to our trade show venue and my onsite staff were very happy with the look and function of the cubes. Would recommend highly .

Patience and Understanding During Constant Changes
My client for this project kept going back and forth on total quantity and sizes needed for an event. The people at PK Green were very patient, having to send a new quote at least three times. I finally got a commitment from the client and the order has been placed. A very responsive team.

The response time for a quote was within a few hours
The response time for a quote was phenomenal. All throughout the ordering process, everything was clear through the emails and I never had to wait long for a response. They were willing to get our order in super last minute and even shipped it out so that we would get it within a few days.
