Pathetic customer service. I will never recommend anyone to use this app. Because no one wants to lose their hard earn money. This app is a complete TRAP, honestly. Even if I can see profits in my portfolio, I can't book it on profits. If I would like to book I have to sell on lose. TERRIBLE service !

I am absolutely furious with the ordeal of attempting to cancel my subscription. The barrage of unnecessary and infuriating questions is beyond reasonable. I demand an immediate termination of my account from this accursed site. I am not obligated to endure this torment. I want my account obliterated from this infernal place at once.
Remember, staying professional, even in frustration, can sometimes yield better results!
