The customer service gets worse! Having spent over £400 with your company, I’m being told that you won’t refund the £6.95 next day delivery service, even though it took several days for my jacket and gloves to arrive (normal, weekdays). Shocking service and a very disappointed customer. Buyer beware!

Great quality gear that’s keeping me warm and protected on my season so far.

The service is always great my orders are always sent out within 24 hours. All of the items of clothing I have received have been excellent quality and live up to what they are described.

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 13th December and paid extra for postage assuming it would arrive in time for skiing holiday (22nd December). My order has still not been dispatched (31st December). On 18th December I did get a response to an email I had sent from a customer services person after some chasing who said they would look into with the warehouse but no subsequent follow up. We now no longer need the items I ordered but I don't know how to contact someone to get a refund? I spent over £700. Very disappointed with the service and now worried I won't get a refund.

It’s take a lot for me to leave a bad review. So disappointed with this company. Ordered almost two weeks ago and they have not even shipped yet. Hardly had any communication from your team either. Sadly we are now on our way to our ski trip in Canada without a ski jacket. Not great at all. Also trying to get a refund and not getting a response. Just awful service really.

Superb quality ski wear, really original designs at decent prices. Many brands try to promote themselves as a community but Planks have really nailed it.

Ordered a jacket on 19 th November. Had email that my order was received. But nothing since. 28 November tried ringing and emailed but still nothing. Wondering why it’s taken so long to get a reply. Phone just goes to voicemail.

Planks has been on my radar for a long time I eventually visited their site. it is so cool . I just could not resist and got a new ski jacket for the coming season.

First order from Planks and I have to say I am a happy bunny. Spent some time with the size checker thingy on the website so the stuff is a great fit - jacket is a bit longer than my previous one and my backside will love that... lol. Loads of pockets inside and out and really clever hood/collar adjustment to get a snug fit around the helmet. Definitely 5 stars from me - can\t wait to put everything to the test on actual snow now!!

The gloves I ordered were extra large, they are so small I can’t even get my hand past the wrist area.

The main problem I have is actually sending these items back, The online chat box is useless, and after emailing them three times I have still not had any feedback, as the online returns form does not work either.

Really good products, sustainably sourced, using recycled materials in all the items I’ve bought. Really cool looking stuff for not that much money. Don’t think I’ll buy from anywhere else.
