Great gear at a good price
Great gear at a good price. My order was processed quickly and I love the products. I now have everything from hoodies and mitts for skiing, to t-shirts and beanies for everyday wear. Love the style and environmentally friendly outlook of the brand.

I ordered a jacket on Monday and now 6…
I ordered a jacket on Monday and now 6 days later I still have no shipping confirmation. I have one response from customer services on Thursday and no update since. Their standard line is to pack and ship within 24 hrs but at busier times can take a little longer - 5 days longer isn’t reasonable and feels like as a company they are just not adequately prepared for processing orders in high season.
We fly next Wednesday, leaving 2 working days for my order to
Magically arrive. Feels very unlikely at this point. Big thumbs down 👎🏻 to Planks. No phone numbers, only auto responses from bots on their customer service emails and social media.

Thanks so much for reaching out and we are so sorry you have encountered this experience and sincerely apologise for you not receiving the item you requested and for the slow customer support response. We are continually working hard internally to improve our levels of communication and constructive feedback is always taken on board.
I have chased this down for you personally with our customer service team and understand that there was a stock discrepancy issue between our website and our warehouse system and your order became blocked. Our team internally are working on this systemic error to ensure this does not happen moving forward.
I can see a refund has now been requested from your side and can confirm we have already refunded you for this order. We have also provided a discount code that you can use on a future purchase should you wish as our way of apologising for this situation.

Great products & even better customer service
Order a jacket and trouser combo from Planks almost 18 months ago. Great gear and looks great on the slopes. On a recent trip I noticed that some of the stitching around the crotch on the trousers had come away. I got in touch with Planks regarding this as it was still within warranty. They told me to take the trousers to a local seamstress to repair them and they would refund the cost. They also sent me a beanie hat free of charge for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service!

Found out about Planks when I worked a ski season in VDI, in the shop they were super helpful and their online shopping works really well, literally never had an issue!!
The gear they make is top quality as well I've had a riding hoodie for over a year now and it's still waterproof!!

I came across Planks clothing on my first ever ski season in Alpe d'huez in 2009! I have been a fan ever since and enjoy seeing what each season Plank has to offer! Great quality, true to size and an on point brand for all your shredding needs!

Been wearing planks for years!
I’ve been wearing planks gear for years. My jacket is 3 seasons deep and the quality of the warmth and waterproofing has been excellent. Last year I added the fungarees to my collection and I will never go back! Comfiest and most stylish pants ever. Love the planks brand and will keep repping it

Amazing quality and very durable
Amazing quality and very durable. I have had my planks coat for a few years and wear skiing but also walking. It is waterproof and breathable and still in very good condition!

Great website, great products.
Update: My order has arrived and wasted no time to try on. This will be one item I will optimise this year skiing in Italy. I love the colour, although I’d say more sandy warm tone then mushroom grey. Thank you Jess and the guys at Planks.. keep up the good work

Great brand
You can never knock the quality of the products, or fault them for their commitment to sustainability. The price points, for me, is too high. But it doesn’t stop me buying and I’ve given it five stars as the actual product is great
