GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SERVICE!

I purchased a terrarium from Plantpico - and so glad that I did! There are numerous websites out there offering terrariums, which makes it difficult who to choose from? Not only is the Plantpico terrarium excellent quality, their after sales services is above and beyond! I had issues with my first delivery and their Customer Service was polite and arranged for a replacement item. She did this quickly.
I have received my replacement product and it is perfect.
I will purchase from them again.
The Plant Pico products are intriguing and comforting. It's a pleasure to look at it and watch it thrive.

Nature in a glass!

It is a beautiful nature in a glass! Very nice thing to have at home. It is decorative and most importantly it boosts mental health, improves mood and reduces stress. I'm so happy with my orders. I have two!

Item still hasn’t arrived

Item still hasn’t arrived. Just get fobbed off over emails and lied too. Nearly a month down the line. Avoid this company. And now looking online. It appears this is how most of there customers are treated.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service. Product delivered damaged with on of the plants and broken lamp. Emailed support, in January, and they still have not fixed or corrected it. Takes them weeks to respond. Latest email said gave me a tracking number and said my replacement shows delivered, but the tracking and order number was to a place in Kansas! I don’t live anywhere near Kansas. Save your time and money and look for other options.

I had trouble with my terrerium totally my fault. I contacted the company in the middle of the night and they contacted me as soon as they opened. They are sending me new plants and they recommended a book on how to take care of the terrerium. Ive never been very good at taking care of plants but I really want something for my room that is calming. I look forward to starting over with the help of plant pico.

When it arrived I was delighted! However one small tree looked like it wasn’t going to make it.
I was emailed about my order and how things were before I even got to email first.
Once I explained that I tried saving the little tree I was immediately offered a replacement tree.
Which made the experience all the more personal!
It wasn’t an automated email, it was a plant lover on the other end!

I recently purchased a PlantPico…

I recently purchased a PlantPico terrarium and overall had a really positive experience. The product itself is beautiful and definitely lives up to the “living art” idea. It adds a unique, calming element to my living room and feels more like a design piece than just a plant.

Long lost Christmas

Last Christmas I purchased 3 different terrariums. The first two arrived just fine. The 3rd one got lost in the winter storm. I tracked it all around my area but never made it to my town. Then it went up to Indiana and stopped. I filed a lost claim on the tracking number that eventually dissappeard. Christmas was replaced with bump and grind of overtime. Then there was yesterday.
Yesterday as i headed to work I found a box containing the 3rd terrarium. The first thing I did was drop in on the concrete. Then I picked it up and carried it into the house where my daughter was having friends over. I didn't have time to stay and watch the unpacking but I saw the joy in their faces. I did notice that was a different tracking number. Someone at the office had sent a new one. To whomever is responsible... Thank you. The set is complete and I am " the man" again.

Nice little miniature "tiny world" terrarium

I liked the idea of a self contained and relatively low maintenance live miniature world that easily fits in a small out of the way space. Yes it is a little expensive and I was leery about this being a fly by night shop but they stood by their guarantees when I had an issue with some items that were not as they should be. You'll have to be patient with shipping time as they're a small business that's had an overwhelming response for their product. Jennifer in particular at customer support was extremely helpful. If they can get the shipping kinks worked out I would have given 5 stars.
