Plants delivered upside down
Plants delivered upside down, which they can’t be blamed for, however after service really poor. Called and called no one answered phone, only email replies. Wasn’t offered a quick solution had to push for a refund.

Great Quality plant
Quality plant Calycarpus aphrodite arrived carefully packaged and labelled fragile from the nursery. The carrier however had turned it upside down at some point as flower buds were damaged and sadly had to be removed. Also delivery driver had left it in full view and full sun on a very hot day.

Cucumber Passandra…
I ordered 3 cucumber plants from Plants Galore which arrived on time and seemed to have been well packaged. Two of the plants were fine but the main stem on the third plant was badly damaged. I tried to get a replacement for it but was advised there were no more Passandra cucumber plants left in stock so I was given a refund.

Great quality plants not so good care given on packaging
Plants were great price but disappointed that one pot was crushed and one plant was bent to fit in the box causing 15” to be broken off of it. After spending £135 on eight plants I’m a little annoyed to be honest.
