Great company, very prompt, pleasesure to do bussiness with would throughly recommend.

I desperately needed this plaster ceiling rose to complete my new kitchen decor and was unable to get anything locally! I went to the Internet and found this Company who were so helpful. I found exactly what I needed, ordered it and it was delivered safely within 48hours. The delivery cost was so reasonable and the packing was excellent to avoid any damage.
Now the rose is on the ceiling and looks fabulous! A pleasure to deal with a Company who does what they promise so efficiently. Would highly
recommend to anyone and will most definitely use their services again.

They unfortunately didn't have the size I wanted in stock (there is a 5 to 6 week wait if you want an item not in stock so beware) however I went for the next size up and I'm glad I did as it looks brilliant when out up in the rooms. As they didn't have my original size in stock and I had to go one size up, they offered me a good discount to bring the price as close as possible to what i would have paid if they did. Brilliant. It arrived within about a week.

They only thing I'd say is that it would help if the staff knew a little more about the best adhesive for this stuff and the gyproc stuff you get in B&Q is no good. They stuff their fitters use is Herculite Fibrefix and you need about 0.5kg per length of coving. The stuff comes in 25kg bags and is around £40 a bag. Alternatively, it would make sense if they sold this themselves to save us DIY types some hassle.

Anyways I digress, overall very pleased with the product and service.

Apart from the delivery timelines which were not 'within a week' as initially promised, i felt the site had good collection - happy with the purchase. I would get them to update their 'delivery' timelines to be more transparent upfront.

The order was dealt with promptly, the coving arrived early the following week and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful and called ahead to confirm he was on his way.

Excellent, great value, great communication, prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, excellent sample service. The images on the website could be a little more detail (a profile as well as an extrusion view) but otherwise a great company to deal with.

Uncaring attitude when returning left overs. It took too long, I was passes from pillar to post eventually I get back only one fifth of the money due.

I was really happy with the samples revived and the delivery service. I was given an era for arrival on the day and able to track the package easily online. Thanks

Ordered a couple of samples. As one was low on stock they sent me an alternative as well at no extra charge which was a nice touch.

I first made contact with just a question and the response was helpful and prompt. Then I had further questions after deciding online what I wanted. Not only did Laura help me but also returned my call really quickly after getting answers. Then kept in touch right through to delivery day, two days earlier than promised!! Great service, even the driver helped unload and was really friendly too.

Excellent product and service.

Good service but disappointed with lengths of product supplied (2.5m)which meant for much cutting and joining! Product is also too brittle and fragile.

Easy to order samples over the phone they arrived 2 days later. Ordered coving and was kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. Very happy with price and quality of the product.
