It was only a very small order
It was only a very small order, but with lots of queries to ensure product compatibility. They could not have been more helpful and even though some items were incorrectly delivered, the error was immediately rectified. A particular shout out to Lily who provided excellent customer service.

took 17 days to deliver
took 17 days to deliver, tried getting updates but no reply, only replied after i asked for a refund.
In fairness once they responded it took 2 days to deliver, apparently been lost at courier depot

Thank you for your feedback but I must say we are very disappointed . The first email you sent us was on the 7th of June, we replied next day , 8th of June , 11 am , we checked with the carrier and we found the order was lost . We sent you a replacement straight away and I kept you informed about the whole process .

I ordered 3 pannels and reiciveed a wrong colour. On website they advertise one think but in reality I reiciveed a different think. I contact them, and nobody reply to me for ling time. Now when finnaly they reply, they expect me to pay for return. I sad to them I will not pay for a refund as was there mistake..... After my reply, they dissaper and nobody is answering to my emails.

I am really sorry that you decided to provide false information in your review . We have a constant communication starting with 4th of June , I provided you with all the help you need for returning the panels , I also informed you that as soon as we have the panels back we will offer you a full refund . We didnt send you the wrong product , you stated you are not happy with the colour so we offered to accept a return .

It's been a complete nightmare
Well first off ordered on a Wednesday didn't arrive till the following Wednesday despite only being 4 miles away then when it arrives was thrown down out the front of my house when opened the next day found part of the order smashed it got replaced the following Friday very poor service in my honest opinion
