Plastic Pallets UK, part of Associated Pallets Ltd is a family run business and was formed by two brothers in 1991 The company began in a small industrial park in Basingstoke, manufacturing & refurbishing wooden pallets. Within two years the company had out grown its premises and moved to a new site in Southampton, where we currently operate. Associated Pallets quickly evolved, producing a more diverse product range including plastic pallets, plastic containers, and pallet collars. The sales department is made up of Darren, Chris, Jack, Steve and Hannah who are all family members and are only too pleased to help. First class customer service. I even received a call apologising that the delivery would be one day later than that offered when ordering. If only more companies treated their customer's with the same care and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service.
These guys really helped me out and took my order for next day delivery even after I had missed the cut off time. They pulled all the stops out to get my order delivered when I needed it. Very impressed with the level of service and accommodation of my urgent situation. Would happily recommend.

The procedure was good and so was the communications. The only issue I had was that on of the pallets was broken and we will be unable to use it. but overall a good service.

I'm using 4 closed cell plastic pallets for the ultimate super king sized bed frame! No creaking, no fuss! Mattress fits perfectly over the top with room to spare. Looks really cool. Very happy with the service.
