Was ok the link to confirm identity did not work was a bit confusing. As well no word when card will be sent or when it will arrive
It started off really easy and straight forward and I downloaded the app and entered my credentials for signing in after I had signed up but then there was some issues. The app kept kicking me off saying session had ended however I merely only signed in and the second page loaded up for me to enter the security deposit confirmation code that Plastk had received the EMT ok. This went on for almost an hour so I reverted to using the extremely convenient and pleasantly helpful chat line option and the person on Plastk end was very helpful. Also when I was entering the code that was supplied after Plastk had received and deposited my security deposit , the app kept kicking up a code and a message saying that the code wasn’t valid. Again I reverted back to the chat line and things eventually worked. However there still seems to be some wariness about the app and the process but the gentleman on the chat line assured me that within 10-15 days I should receive my card and be able to activate it once the supplied PIN also arrives separately from the card. Time will tell I suppose. But again I’m not sure if there is just a glitch with the app or things were just extremely lagging.
At the begenning I most say, I had difficulties to speak to any representative, But few days after I was contacted by an enployee called: Mr. Maddox, very professional, and he did help me a lot. I do highly recommend Plastk and big thanks to Mr. Maddox, I do highly appreciate his swift reponse at many occasions.

I am very upset with your company, I feel I was tricked by you telling me I had been approved so I sent in a security deposit only to find out that I still needed to go through a credit check, this is not fair and please cancel my application, refund my deposit or I will report you to all consumer advocates, media and the police. Thanks
Tried to call a few times. Could not get through to speak to anyone. Ordered card 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I mean I haven't been able to even have an experience to leave a review but one. Which is the whole fact that I didn't know that I would be out money while I waited 2 weeks for my card to come. If I knew I wouldn't have any type of access to the account than I definitely would have waited until I had a bit more money to do this.
The application was easy still waiting on my card I gave a 3 till my card comes in I've read other reviews I'm hoping my experience is different and smooth as I will recommend yous

After going through the whole process of being approved, creating an account, sending a deposit, and getting verified through Equifax; the app stopped working and won’t let me sign in anymore…. Is this a scam?
It was easy to apply and get approved but haven’t received the card yet. It’s been 2 weeks since I applied for the credit card.
Application and transfering funds very easy! Did it this morning and my card is already issued
I have called customer service several times asking for my PIN number.
Never received a call back and would always get disconnected when trying to call back.
I have lost everything in my divorce. I was hoping to use Plastk to start rebuilding my life, but I don't have a new license with my new address yet, and the utilities are in my roommates name so I can't use them. I asked if I could use documentation from my bank or even a T4 with the new address but was turned down.
Now, after going through this and dealing with their rep Oscar and being told I have to cancel my account, I am getting the run around trying to get my money back.

I think it’s just the way the mobile version is set up. I sent my documents to hello@plastk which I was told to do from customer service. I hope everything goes good from here on out !
