Couldn't pay monthly installment, someone called Alex called - a call that with my bank took 2h, Alex covered it all in 20 mins. I made the payment when agreed, jobs a good one. Cheers Alex don't know his surname but, a knowledgeable lad from the payments team in the UK I think. Management: ensure he gets a bit of your company bonus, you wanna keep people happy that are natural at their job. Only thing us employees understand well is bonus and pay rise otherwise there are plenty of good companies are after your employees and many companies lose good ones thinking everyone is replaceable. Don't make that mistake. Not sure what date it was beginning of March, think it was a Friday I got the call

I applied for a loan the application was very straightforward and easy to fill out customer service was excellent and they were very helpful there was no long and drawn out phone calls they looked into my bank account to see if you can manage the payments and all was good the money was in my bank account in no time with out any issues I was very impressed with the whole process I would definitely recommend Plata.com to anyone who is looking for a loan.
