I've been using Playbook for about 3-4 years now (It's been a while, I don't remember when I created my account), and it has been the best platform I've ever used for managing media.

I use Playbook to manage large RAW files of photos, as well as managing my photography as a whole, keeping track of edited and unedited photos, keeping track of inspiration, and keeping media for other projects organized.

I held a free account until October of 2025, when I decided to upgrade to a paid plan to better organize my media.

They initially offered 4tb, after 2y of use changes policies and now are considering deleting all my files. There isnt a take out option on the website, pretty lame tool. I thought they would be legit and stay with creators. And now what, i have to manually remove all my data from it.

Really nice user experience. Definitely good software and have enjoyed but I do hate it when companies go back on their offer.

I raved about Playbook to every creator/ designer I knew even doing social posts etc on the company.

They were offering a huge 5tb's of storage for free to get people over to the platform. It wasn't even free for 12 months, this was simply a "we're willing to spend money to acquire customer play" or so I believed.

X number of months on they now want to stop this and charge. I do understand, it's just not what they promise implied. There's an effort cost moving to and moving away from a platform like this and I of course didn't enjoy recommending them for them to change their tune.

To offer 5tb free you must have had a plan right? If it was this then 👎.

As a creator, the 4TB of storage they offer is incredible – it's hard to believe anyone provides that much! Although, since it's a newer startup, I do have some concerns about data security and the long-term stability of storing my files there.

It makes me a little nervous, not knowing if they'll be around for the long haul. That being said, Playbook is an absolutely amazing platform for creators to store their work, especially with that massive 4TB of space! 4,000 gigabytes of storage for free is something unheard of for creators! Plus, unlike Google Drive or Dropbox with their simple, older interfaces, Playbook feels like a fresh mix of Pinterest and a hard drive.

Even with the free plan, the upload speeds are quite fast, though I have run into a few issues with certain file types not uploading. But honestly, that's a small price to pay for all the features they offer. I really hope Playbook continues to grow! I'm even planning to support them with a paid plan in the future. I've seen some reviews saying the 4TB is fake, and while I did encounter a 100GB limit at first, it turned out to be a setting related to multiple workspaces.

You just have to go into the settings and select the creative plan for Any one workspace only. I had to do a little digging myself, but once I selected the creative plan for one of my workspaces, I got the full 4TB.

So it's definitely not fake, give it a try! I want to give a huge thank you to Playbook for the amazing service they provide to creators, content creators, designers, and everyone making an impact in the digital world. Thank you!"

I am a user of PlayBook from the beginning. When I opened the account I got 4TB as creator. Today, when I am writing this review, my account is limited to 100GB Free.
They did not promise what they said. I had my account with 4TB FREE CREATOR and now they reduced to 100GB as FREE.
WTF!
Really, are they serious? I am moving my work to another place even if I have to pay!

False promises. They said that they will give 4TB for creators, I am a game developer and they rejected giving me 4TB space

Attraggono l'utenza promettendo 4TB gratis ad artisti e designers, ma la loro privacy policy è inesistente, è ovvio che intendono utilizzare le immagini o altre informazioni per N.F.T e probabilmente anche altro visto che sono autorizzati a vedere all'interno del vostro spazio. Nonostante dovrebbe essere solo un sito di storage, cercano di rifilarti gli N.F.T in prima pagina pure dentro al sito. Se davvero fosse per artisti non dovrebbero esserci N.F.T. a prescindere.
Inoltre non è intuitivo per niente e spesso nasconde sezioni fondamentali come la cancellazione dell'account pur di tenersi i tuoi dati.
