This experience can largely benefit young athletes.
It not only gives good advice, but it also gives achievable goals and attitudes to work towards. I think that a lot of people can benefit from this experience, especially young athletes who have no other means of recieving advice.

Playerscout training program
My son has been following the Playerscout training program for almost a month now and we can already see a difference in strength and conditioning as well as better balance. This had lead to more confidence in his performance on the field. Would highly recommend Playerscout training program!

Excited to watch my son after following the programme ⚽️
Followed Player Scout on Instagram for
A while and the posts just sounded like the worries my son has, his mindset is his biggest let down and as parents we are desperate for him to believe in himself and play football the best we know he can, I paid for the programme and although only 4 days in we’ve stayed consistent, and both matches over the weekend, his scanning was more present due to pause and play and a own goal through a mistake of his didn’t lose his head but stayed in the game and got himself a goal ⚽️ excited to see the next 8 weeks of growth!

What you’ve described is exactly why we created the Player Mindset Program.
It’s not just about the game.
It’s about helping players handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and build the confidence to perform, in sport and in life.
To see your son already scanning better and recovering from a setback like that (and even scoring after!) is a huge sign that the work is landing. It’s those little wins that compound over time.

The only fitness system my sons use
I originally bought the complete player program for my son and his fitness improved considerably. I also like the structure it’s given him with routine, eating and health in general.
I recently bought the mindset program it’s excellent and even I have used some of the tools !!
