They have countless tedious rules they won't tell you about until they don't want you to win a bet, and then they refund you in credits which are worth less than cash. If you don't follow every rule and you lose the bet they won't say anything, but if you win the bet they will cancel the bet, but if you profit too much.

They don't ever cash you out for wins on the agreed bet, they refunded your money back. Which is a waste of time, even through you won all the bets. They need a better system and viewing process for payouts. Wasting my time and holding my money.

This app is a scam , too may fees and they cancelled my 72$ withdrawal then. Took 46 for sum bogus ass “admin balance adjustment “ they are stealing peoples money and nobody responds when you try and contact support *uck this dumb ass app !!!

if i can give a zero review for this site, i wouldn't hesitate to do that. i played FC 26 with one username who did cheat the second half. i showed screenshots and detailed writing of what happened. the management did not take my evidence and gave the won for the player. Even though that player is scamming other usernames. However, the management of the app, is letting it happen and they are not doing any measures to avoid it. Don't use this site at all, don't waste your money, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

I’m filing this review to document a serious failure in support and accountability by Mateo Rodríguez Hernández

Despite my providing full, clear video proof from my stream—showing the complete gameplay, the ending, and my final standings—Mateo chose to ignore the evidence, refused proper acknowledgment, and did not initiate a fair review. This is not a small oversight; it’s a direct violation of the transparency and integrity that a platform handling real-money wagers must uphold.

All of this could have been resolved by reviewing the footage and crediting the rightful earnings I clearly earned. Instead, I was met with dismissal and a lack of accountability. Ignoring proof and failing to provide even a basic escalation path is unacceptable and disrespectful to the company’s stated values and to its user community.

I am requesting the following:
1. Immediate formal review of my case using the video evidence already provided.
2. Correction of the settlement and issuance of my rightful winnings.
3. Internal quality review of how this case was handled by Mateo Rodríguez Hernández to ensure this does not happen again.

DONT USE THIS APP - they lock you out when you try to cash out and then block support. I have yet to see any of the money I won, but they keep everything you lose. Just stay away

DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY ON THIS APP!!! I deposited and won a lot. I kept the money there for months and constantly added more. When I tried to withdrawal they completely locked my account and refused all communication. I’m on the middle of a lawsuit with them. This is a scam!

The app is complete garbage. They consistently set you up for scams and don’t pay out the money you “win”. With up to 100 dollars in “profit” I would continue to win games that they would review and mark as losses. Complete scam.

They scammed me I won the game and they never paid out

When I tell you it’s hell… it’s worse. After winning 500$ and losing approximately 150$ my parlays for COD were taken away as which I was told they were “changing the service fee” I said okay that sounds okay, went to go withdrawal 300$ to my PayPal and selected the 9.00$ fee to get it within two days, two days go by and they decline my transaction and locked my account. They said I was being banned from the app for “skill misrepresentation” or in other words they said I was “sand bagging” all of my games to get better odds. I like to say I wasn’t doing that as regular COD resurgence can get pretty sweaty especially when they want you to hit 13+ kills and top 3 to win. So I was losing… on bets that I was spending 5$ on everytime. I lost approximately 30 bets, won 7. When I won my first bet for 101$ it was for 6+ kills, top ten, and 1 contract. The very next bet they gave me was 3+ kills, top ten, and 1 contract. I hit both of those and they said I was sandbagging after going on a losing streak for 10 bets. They initially said all I would get refunded was my first deposit, that was the first lie. Then they told me that all of the money that I won would be deleted along with my account. After I fought with them and threatened a lawsuit with other creators and threatened to post to tik tok all of the screenshot messages they proceeded to unlock my account and let me withdrawal 200 of the 300$ I had because they said the other 100$ was already transferred back to me. The 100$ showed up as processing in my bank account and then disappeared the next day. The 200$ was being withdrawal through PayPal and was excepted within 10 minutes. They kept telling me the whole time the decision was final but they were able to unlock my account to let me get my money out after threats of a lawsuit over theft/fraud. Moral of the story, I still never got the full 300$, I am grateful to not have gotten completely screwed but they still banned me, and stole 100$ which was being processed through my bank account. There is definitely picking and choosing going on with who they let get money and who they don’t. I would not recommend this app to anyone trying to make quick money, you will be lucky to be able to see your money. This all happened within a week of me downloading and doing as the app instructed. I will be pursuing legal action for fraud, I have a few creators joining with me in doing so. Please be careful when using this app, not worth it. My lawyer is looking for more people have been wrongly banned or had there money disappear from their accounts.

It's crazy how 1 minute your on a winning streak, then the next they are saying you lost the game even tho you won. They then start sending messages saying your video was corrupted, so with that they take the money you better with from you and give you the loss and there's nothing tou can do about it, when you complain to customer support they just say. The file was corrupted and your out of your money just like that. Even tho your videos of you winning are right there on your twitch...they will say its corrupted and take your money its feels like a scam with players lounge
