I am very skeptical of promo and then finding out it was all bots which hurts you in the long run. As far as I can tell via chartmetric this service is 100% legit and my streams are organic. I have done a few campaigns with Playlist-Promotion and am extremely satisfied with their communication and the results I received. My genre (ambient) is a bit more tricky with playlists as there are fewer but they were able to place me on some top notch lists, I hope to continue building my profile with a campaign on each new release.

I paid for the 350 EUR package and got placed on a completely irrelevant playlist (RnB) that had nothing to do with my music (Trap).

You have to submit your music first to be approved.
However, I genuinely believe they don't take the time to actually listen to your music.

This "submitting your music for approval" is nothing but a marketing / selling gig.

The playlist titles are misleading anyway so you get exposed to an audience you don't want to. Not worth it in my honest opinion.

Above and Beyond to ensure you reach as much exposure as you can. The response is always first class as is the absolute care given to what your needs are and they truly do go the extra mile to find appropriate playlists for you. I can highly recommend Playlist-Promotion. They offer a great client service and give one very prompt and distinctive help. It's a solid company from Germany which offers a very transparent service for the artist. You can ask them everything before you pay for anything and if your song for example doesn't get pitched on the Spotify editorial playlists from Spotify itself you can get your money back or use it for their other services. Especially the Spotify editorial playlist promotion and the google ads promotion is very helpful in my opinion.
