Tried to play online last night but the servers were down again and i lost all my progress which is absolutely pathetic

Absolute 💯 Garbage!!! Really really bad UI Naviagtion Absolute disgrace! And to Top it Off the Controller (which ive research indepth is only designed to last 6 months Max, and hope to make more money 💰 you greedy Fuks, from players having to buy a New Controller every 6 Months!) Absolutely the biggest rip off ever! You are disgusting! N as if the console isn't all ready expensive! Hate it !

Je koopt een online spel en wil het spel gaan spelen. Krijg je bij Grand treft auto een melding dat je een dure abonnement moet afsluiten. Deze waarschuwing kreeg je niet bij de aankoop.

Echt oplichters zijn het. Wees gewaarschuwd als je een online spel koopt.

My special needs son got into my account and made a purchase. Playstation will not let me cancel or reverse the transaction. Because it in my account and not his he cant play with the item he bought. At the same time there was a transaction for virtual currency advised - which he did not make. Again playstation will not reverse and also we cannot see this virtual currency on the account. So we did not think we ordered it, it was not delivered and we could not cancel it. Sony on line agents just cut you off without fixing the problem and latest one said speak to the game publisher despite the purchase going through the PS store. Really poor service. They should be able to reverse transactions easily

Regelmatig kan je niet gaan spelen omdat het systeem moet worden “geűpdate”. Spelen zonder update wordt wel aangeboden maakt werkt nooit. Meerdere keren meegemaakt dat ik na de update het spel niet meer kan spelen vanwege fouten of andere problemen. Echt k u t als je eerst een half uur hebt zitten wachten voor de update. Koop wat anders dan een PS5!

PlayStation when are you going to make your ps5 pads better quality I had to buy another pair of pads since my pass botton for pes football passes itself with one pad and another the left stick doesn't work proper,so I bought another pair.I reckon Sony would have put alot of time and money into the materials,design,and testing and still didn't get it right,your new PS5 console is good buts your joy bads let it down.

I’m actually getting very upset about this and I’m fuming I was gifted a game alien fire team elites and I load it start play bam I have to pay what a joke I I had this with cod black ops 6 2 paid of lot of money for game to then pay again to play I’ve never had to pay 2 times to play is this some sick joke as I just want to play not having to pay and then cannot play unless I pay again this is sick and upsetting had my child 18 in tears as she could not play cod 6 and now I cannot play alien game this is a sick joke ill be leaving PlayStation cause of this as I feel cheated

Casually shuts off mid game.
Not much difference between ps4 and ps5 tbh jus5 ps5 is quiet but shits down here and there by itself.
If I could go back and by the xbox instead I would and I will be next console.

Bought a game thats absolutely garbage played for 2 minutes so thought ps5 being a big company be easy to just get a refund job done

It heats up and is unusable after one year..buy an Xbox .. better players on that platform aswell

Console is great when you have a game you want to play but there is so many titles ps are missing like a new uncharted or a proper last of use two, to be honest after hearing the pro is discles, this is likely my last PlayStation console. I'm not the guy willing to fork out 600pounds then 70 per game. It's all too much, the main reason I bought a ps 5 was for the 4k and the fast quick load between games, which strangly work better on the Xbox series x. I can even use Google assistant to turn n on my Xbox something Sony refuse to allow the ps5 to do. Lastly hate yes hate the controller, it's been to big for my hands since ps4. Hate the dark sign fundimently hasn't changed wish two triggers where under controller.

Design horrible Home Screen horrible games rubbish the ps5 is just an over priced ps4 it’s scrap the controllers horrible stupid design with the speaker and mic in the controller the games are over priced rubbish iv bought every PlayStation since they came out and I won’t buy one again the producers are lazy and don’t listen to there customers with technology today this should have been a million times more advanced for the price it’s disgusting how ur scamming ur customers zero value for money

I received a pretty disgusting customer service experience for their customer support. I downloaded add ons for a game, spent a decent amount of money only to discover the games are faulty and do not work. I was well within my right to receive a refund per their policy, and I was denied this by 2 employees and a manager. Their policy states "You can cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund, provided that you have not started downloading or streaming it. Digital content that you have started downloading or streaming, and in-game consumables that have been delivered, are not eligible for a refund unless the content is faulty."

My purchase was within 14 days - I downloaded it and found it to not function. I did not get what I paid for, and Sony refuses to give my $200 CAD back. They are not following their own policies and at this point, I practically donated $200 for charity.
Not sure I will continue with this console in the future - perhaps its time to make the switch to XBOX.

I been with play station since version 2 all ps5 games are not worth the money all new titles such as same rubbish game suicide squad and all the titles pay service over £100
I played 1000s of games all new are the same the other game cod the same as other call duty game only 3 good title game which work spiderman 1 and 2 last star wars games. All other game are not worth playing for money top title over £40 all game start at £40 £150 generally all new game too expensive to get you may only play once your have deleted on the ps5

Ps5 is brillaint and great value for money, however there isnt a consistency for new game releases and titles to play leaving consumers replaying the same games :/

Very unhappy with the PS5. PSN never works. Every device in my home is connected to internet and work smoothly except for the PS5. Can’t buy games, can’t download them. Even the PS4 works and is connected. Very poor console

worst company ever took my 10 dollars for a p+laystation plus in the middle of the month and wont give me back my money even though it was a mistake and i didnt want the membership they make it impossible to cancel the membership cause their websit doesnt work on mobile phones and barlet on there website they wont refund the membership even though i mailed them the same day it happend

Slechtste playstation ooit. Controllers die snel defect gaan usb poorten die snel breken. Niet aan beginnen!
