Thank you for your feedback and your initial order of April 14th. You contacted us by email to ask about adding to the order. We advised you same day to place another order and we would combine in our warehouse. You replied saying we should just send the first order - subsequently, you wrote again on April 15th at 17:04 BST to say please could we infact combine the two orders. We have retrieved the individual orders and they have left our warehouse today. I'm sorry that you feel this is 1 Star performance - we most certainly have replied to you and are pleased to have been able to combine the shipments together. We hope that you are pleased with the goods when they arrive.

(Edit Feb25)The experience has significantly changed now and the deliveries are sent in a timely manner and customer service especially from our local representitve Dave is outstanding, no current complaints, your left feeling they care especially Dave.

Very sorry to hear this. Since March 2018 you have been kind enough to place 494 orders with PlayWithTheBest - always late? Is this a more recent phenomenon? Am investigating at our end.

We have been getting some great Unicorn gear, which generally had been difficult to access in the US market. The new site makes shopping easy and is a very good value. Enjoy seeing the new additions as well and it all builds up a very solid line up for our venue, home venue and tournament presence and gives us that professional look that our players are looking for whatever their actual level of play.
