Ordered quite a few products from ple, very professional customer service and very polite. Every time I have ordered something from ple it is shipped bacially that same day (if it's not the weekend. Everything I have ordered has come very quickly and in working order also on a side note very good range and prices

One month wait when told 1 week
After ordering a product worth $1299 and being told it would arrive within approximately one week. I ordered on 29th October and have today been told their supplie has only received it today and that it will take another week for them to receive it still, and then it will be sent to me. This is having been told on Monday they were due to receiv it on the 9thy Nov (yesterday). Being told Yesterday they should have it yesterday or today (9th or 10th) and then being told today that they refuse to refund me because their website says ordered as required. It also says an ETA will be given when ordered and I have been given multiple ETA's which have all been outright lies obviously.
