Brilliant from start to finish. No nonsense when it came to pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises. Exceptional price for the quality of service after getting an error code on my combi boiler, they diagnosed the issue immediately and even had the part required on hand to save us any extra costs. Better and cheaper than British Gas
Needed the whole Hive heating system installed to move over to the whole smart home thing. They sent us a quote which was much cheaper than British Gas and had us booked within a week. Engineer had us all set up within a few hours and provided an excellent service. High level of professionalism and couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Couldn’t get any solutions on google…
Couldn’t get any solutions on google for an error code on my boiler so I gave these guys a call. They came within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening, the engineer even had the part in his van already, he fixed it within one hour. Amazing service

So helpful! The engineer video called me to check if there was anything they could do remotely to stop a leak in my en-suite. We managed to slow it down and then they came over to fix it as we needed a part. Based on the video call he said he knew what was needed and the engineer picked it up on the way to us and didn’t even bill us for the time because he was already going to the merchant! Honest and transparent… they are the only plumbing company that I can confidently say that about!

Excellent all round service
Price was very fair considering it was late at night. Much more personable than any other plumbing company, I could see exactly who the engineer was before he arrived as it showed me his company profile and it was a pleasure to have him in my house. Fixed a leak within the hour. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
