If I could give this company negative stars then I definitely would. I took out a package to help me integrate into France and at the end of the year they had achieved nothing other than change over my UK driving license. I was given the wrong advice consistently, I was told I didn't need to go back to the UK to apply for my entrepreneurs visa. They didn't import my camper van into France properly - a mistake which had ended up costing me great deal of money and stress. All of this without recognition let alone any kind of apology. I first started using this company in 2022 and am still suffering the consequences of their mistakes. There are much better companies out there offering help at a fraction of the price and stress.

I can honestly say that without the help of John and his team at Please Help, our french dream would have turned into a nightmare.
Stuck in that position of looking for a permanent rental property, but not being able to get past the first steps because of the language barrier, they did this for us, they also made sure all facilities were in place before we moved in.
I am a very stressed person and they made life so easy for me to settle into a country I didn't know.
I was unsure when I first saw the pricing, I thought at first it was expensive but when I've seen what they have done for for me no matter how small to how big, even getting someone out to an appointment to translate for me. Managing translations of my documents and legal requirements. Every penny is worth it, I would of payed triple by now for the things I've asked of them, If I had done this on my own or with other help.
No matter what time of day or night I can contact them and they will help me, they are my lifeline.
They have a great number of contacts and very able, friendly staff to deal with what ever crops up, if they don't know the answer to something they go out of their way to find the answer, and they don't stop till they get to the end of it.
I would recommend Pleasehelp.eu to everyone moving abroad no matter how big or small. Their dedication is second to none.
I am still using them 3 years on because I find there is always something I need help with and I can just send them a message or call and they will get it done, my stress is over when it comes to paperwork or maintenance and for that I am grateful, they would probably even find me friends if I asked them to 😂. They are my Saviours.

He expects payment via Direct Debit and then:-

1. ** Lack of responses - chased J Dislins for three
weeks, several times, before receiving a
response, at other times no responses at all.
2. **His information was, on occasion, incorrect
(Forms) which he acknowledged and revised
when I queried it, leading me to always check
all the information he sent as best I could.
3. ** The 3 quotes he had given me for various
requirements were all almost twice as
expensive as the ones I obtained and used
myself.
4. ** Incorrectly claimed I was in arrears 3 months
when he actually set the Direct Debit up
himself !!
5. ** There are several reviews on his facebook page
from people experiencing the same/similar
problems with him.
