I can’t recommend these guys enough honestly their products and services are great I know the owners personally and they have only just started this company hence the previous mixed reviews I can assure you they are a great company and will make sure you are more than happy with the service they provide as for the products I have got two very interesting additions that look fabulous … make sure you use your common sense by charging your new toys and if you aren’t “satisfied” maybe it’s not the product ! Maybe it’s a matter of are you doing it right or even maybe is it the right person ? On a more serious note though really you won’t be disappointed enjoy 😍

Placed my order and decided not to pay for next day delivery, but was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived the following day, the goods were packaged very well and are of a good quality Great value Great prompt service

Ordered next day delivery and arrived 5 days later with 2 items correct and 1 item wrong they won’t answer emails and can’t get through on the phone number from website !! Chat was like they were mocking me and asked me to send item that was incorrect back before they resent my item that I ordered but didn’t even give me any info to send back or any postage to send back absolutely avoid at all cost not worth the aggravation using these lot if I could give 0 out of 5 I would have

Wrong item has been delivered. Can not get through to contact number, neither do they answer email!!

Poor experience ordered item wrong item sent Tried contacting this company through chat and email no response at all no other way of getting in touch with this company it’s shocking . Avoid at all cost this company should be looked at as they are taking peoples money and not giving the service they are advertising

Good Quality and came fast

I order two items via Klarna. The money went out of the account and I requested next day delivery. It has been over 24hrs and it states ‘ready for shipping’. I have emailed numerous times and have got no response and even used the chat section on the website. I think I have been scammed. I have been charged £5.99 for next day delivery and the items have not been delivered. I have not received a confirmation email in order to track down my item via Royal Mail. This site is absolutely shocking!! Use love honey or any other reputable site. Avoid this website.

Made an order online no confirmation email money taken out account, no reply with online chat, phone is constantly engaged don't have an order number no other way of contacting company regarding my order!

Item arrived and well packaged, I did not like it so wanted to return it. I contacted them to say the returns process to go to the "royal mail portal" didn't work because they, as a company were not on the portal. No response either via the webchat, email or phone number with is forever engaged. So I took it to the post office and returned myself, at a fraction of the cost of the Royal mail portal option anyway. I have tracked the item and they have the item back, no email to confirm this and despite repeated attempts to find out where my refund is I still have no contact from them. What a horrific company to deal with do not use this company
