Rejected me a loan and took 3 days terrible to the 10000 reviews I get don’t go with this company anyway go with a bank to lend much lower my apr at bank was 16 apr this is just a scam happy not to lend if this terrible time consuming loaner and look at most reviews comments have 1 review very odd just saying

Hi there - thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way and that it didn't work out with your application to us this time. Unfortunately - we are not able to approve all applications, even though we appreciate how disappointing this can be.
We assess each application equally and use Open Banking data to be able to do so responsibly and with as much diligence as possible. The reason for this is so that we can assess outside of traditional lending standards that rely heavily on often out-dated credit scoring data. As a result of this, we are transparent about the fact that our APR is not as competitive as what a bank might be able to offer.
We look into all of the feedback we receive and as a young and engaged business, consistently try to take this on board. However - we are certainly not a scam and are working hard to create an impactful business, contributing towards a more financially inclusive UK. Really good experience from start to finish. I applied for a loan with Plend and had the money in my account within a few hours. Absolutely hassle free experience, all done from my iPhone with no need to speak to anyone. I was offered a really good rate which I was more than happy to accept. I would absolutely recommend Plend and will certainly consider using again myself in the future should the need arise. A REALLY HAPPY CUSTOMER 😀

Refreshing Change
So refreshing to have a lender that does the right thing, in terms of affordability! Can now pay off my credit card which is charging 46% interest.
I can now sleep at night. Really happy, recommend to anyone looking for a lower interest than the usual!

Been waiting 4 days for funds to be released can’t say when money will be paid just experiencing a uptick in applications not sure how they can’t tell you when your funds will be paid but can get you to set up a direct debit to pay the loan back straight
