Plucky was painful to use and irritated my face, leaving it inflamed and red with pimples days after. Rest of body was not that effective. Random hairs plucked but mostly just pulling and cutting hair (manual plucking with tweezers is faster) terrible customer service. Put me through the loop trying to get a video to show the product in use only to reject saying product had already been used (how else would i determine if product is effective?) DO NOT WASTE your money on this.

I am so disappointed with this product, it just does not remove any facial hair. Waste of money!

Inferior product, appalling service, there is none. I’m still waiting for a reply to my many emails.

Absolute crap ..I contacted them and sent photos of damaged skin..and Lo and behold the reply said you’ve used it no refund ..this is not a quality product from New Zealand as they advertise …please do not waste your money ..never give a refund ..and certainly does not remove fine facial hair just leaves large red welt marks

Did not work as advertised.
They offered a money back guarantee which they refused to honor when they were informed the product didn't work. Don't waste your money, this product is a scam that does NOT give results advertised or even work efficiently. Terrible customer service and even worse product.

Cheap rubbish at a highly inflated price. I bought this last year and have never been so disappointed with a product as I am with this one.
After my first review they told me to persevere and read the instructions, carefully. Still no joy. Since then I have been unable to contact them.
Do not waste your money on this epilator because it doesn't work and believe me, I have tried. It doesn't remove the hair. I have had to go out and buy another make which actually works.

The plucky shaver is so bad it doesn’t remove facial hair it’s such a rip off , the advertisement looks so good but it doesn’t do what the ad says. The shaver just goes over the hair without removing it , the blades are quite sharp actually dangerous considering it doesn’t remove the hair. Just a really bad product.

It didn't work was totally useless in removing hair. Plus they refused to refund because the motor obviously worked but they weren't interested in the fact it didn't do what it was advertised to do which is FALSE ADVERTISING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don’t waste your money! It doesn’t work. And they falsely claim a 60 day money back guarantee but do not honour it if you’ve opened the box? (How are you meant to try the product?) Huge scam. You get better results from using tweezers.

Absolutely don’t buy! This product is dangerous, caught my skin in it and was very sore for days. I sought a refund and after weeks of supplying pics and videos, was told no as it is still in working order. I see other products selling as Pluxy, looks like the same piece of crap.

Do not waste your money on this one. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing.
I have reported them to ACCC. They do not answer emails after they tell you that you cannot get a refund because you used the device.... How on earth are you supposed to know if this product works effectively if you don't use it.
It doesn't remove the hair like they say it does.

Crap product!!! Do Not buy!!! I didn’t read reviews, bought product, received product and it wouldn’t charge, it was faulty.
Emailed to advise faulty, was asked to send photos and video showing issue. I did this and said I would like refund as product was cheap crap and looked dangerous without even working. They sent me a replacement not a refund.
I emailed again saying I want a refund. Again asked to send video and photos of package which was not opened. I had to send product back to NZ at my cost. I then chased return with screenshot of it being delivered with tracking number and it took a week to get a refund but I’m still out of pocket the postage.

This product is terrible! It’s so loud and clunky and literally ripped your skin! I even tied it on my arm to make sure I wasn’t using it incorrectly and it make me bleed. It’s a cheap piece of crap sent directly from China. Apparently they offer a 60 day guarantee however judging my other reviews- I doubt I’ll get my money back. Complete scam! There is no way their website reviews are accurate!

Ordered this product on the 9th of December and paid express shipping and I still haven't received my order yet!! Not happy at all!!!! I wished I had read the reviews before buying it!! Almost $80 and it seems to be a waste of time and money!! I will be definitely be looking to get a refund!!!

Only used mine 3 times before it stopped working completely outside of the bullshit 60 day return policy. Feel like I was scammed.

Do not recommend.

It doesn't work, it removes the tip of maybe 1 in every 10 hairs, its noisy, painful (more painful than waxing) and it runs hot very quickly. I contacted them within 30 days and was told I need to provide proof that it doesnt work eg a video
