I CANT SEEM TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I BOUGHT BEFORE SEEING THE REVIEWS AND WANTED TO CANCEL BUT THEY CANT SEEM TO RESPONSE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! n

This is not a UK store. They have no registered address in the UK. The items took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered as they are from overseas. Once the goods are delivery there is no way to return them for a refund even if they are faulty. They do not adhere to UK distance selling regulations and have zero customer services, as all replies are standard automated scripts. Therefore, it is not possible to make a complaint or challenge any resolution outcome. I am currently looking to follow-up with Trading Standards.

Bought a power bank that doesn’t even charge the phone fully and overheats. Tried contacting the company to get a refund but the reply they gave me was just dodging the issue. They have since stopped replying. I would avoid buying anything from this company

Absolutely dreadful product. Cheap and doesn't work. Will not even do one full charge of a phone and takes hours to charge up again. This is a scam - do not buy - you will regret it. The customer service is awful too.

Its a total scam. don't believe the fake reviews.
product doesn't work, neither do the free products they send. Customer service is horrendous. They don't reply back, when they do, it's not addressing their issues.

ITS A SCAM!

Ordered direct from plug, took forever to arrive by carrier pigeon from china, used it twice to top up my phone while away in Europe, and now the power bank will not recharge. Lights up when charging but holds no power at all totally dead.

Dissatisfied to say the least.

Terrible product. Doesn't even provide one full charge and also gets dangerously hot. Seller unwilling to accept this or offer a refund. Shameful tbh.

Best place to order from I know they might look like a scam but there not bad they got good deal get the when you can they will not last forever

I got charged twice also because I clicked out and back into the basket. I emailed straight away and they said it was already dispatched!!! Got the two orders and kept one to return so I could get a refund… NO REFUND and numerous emails. They kept acting like they didn’t fully understand what I was talking about!! Total SCAMMERS

Do not buy into this!
I placed an order on the 27th of August 2024 and I am yet to receive the package, I needed it for a trip and did not arrive on time. Kept tracking the package it was imported from CHINA! this is not mentioned on the website. Additionally, make sure you understand that in case you need to return the items the shipping is deducted: "The shipping cost of returning your item is your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted."
Since I no longer need the charge and it has not arrived I have asked for a refund and it was denied.
Do not trust this company, better charges are found on Amazon. Spend too much on Insta/Facebook adverts offering false claims and reviews that state items arrive within days. Pure lies!

AWFUL company. Product arrived damaged back in June.
I got in contact with them straight away, now August and no further than the day it arrived. Refusing to exchange or refund!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .. they are scammers , they took payment twice , charged for other stuff I never ordered .. in spite of it being advertised as a uk company it’s not .. they refuse returns .. will only accept if damaged .. I’m currently asking my card issuer to intervene…

Website is a scam - currently operating under plug.battery.com and won’t issue a refund or return label to send goods back.
If anyone knows how I can do this let me know thanks

Absolute joke of a product and company!!!! Ordered a black iPhone 14 Pro Max case only to get a white IPhone 15 one. When it finally arrived it doesn’t charge the phone, when it’s connected it gets very hot and the magnet wouldn’t lift a feather, such a flimsy piece of equipment. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Ordered 2 pluguk battery packs, also included ear phones, tag and case, received my parcel only to find that Royal Mail had intercepted the parcel and seized the power banks under the dangerous goods act.
Have sent emails asking for a full refund but no response at all!

Flimsy product that doesn’t fit. Very hot when charging and causes the phone to heat up. Really awful quality for the money it costs. Invest more in a better quality product and avoid this brand like the plague.

Absolute scam. Don't waste your money.

Flimsy products. Accidentally ordered iPhone 15, as it was on the drop down menu. Needed a 14, tried to cancel order and was advised that they couldn’t do anything for return until the product arrived. Several emails later and not willing to help swap the case.

Awful customer service and products. Can’t get the tag to connect to devices. Wireless charger doesn’t hold charge.

Would just like to add my review to the other damning verdicts on these Plug products. The case doesn’t hold the battery, the battery seems to drain the phone not charge it it’s so slow, the earphones feel so light I’m scared to handle them and the AirTag only works up to 50m. When will Trustpilot allow us to give NO stars. Can’t believe I was so stupid as to have been tricked by these scammers. Whole lots going in the bin
