Phone was answered promptly
Phone was answered promptly, person knew the product and breezed through the payment process. Nice when its that easy. Did have to phone for an invoice though, ask if the customer needs one or send it automatically or put one in the package.

Was given the link to Plumb Arena by a Gas Engineer colleague. He told me to stop buying from screwfix. I bought from Plumb Arena and saved a good amount.

The price of all the benefits...
They had both items in stock... a good website and a timeltly reliable delivery service... my only negative was I felt it was a little expensive ... but may that the cost of all the benefits!!

Great interaction with Tracy
Great interaction with Tracy. Made initial enquiry about stock levels. Subsequently placed online order. Then had phone call again from Tracy to advise that one item was on back order and would not be available for a few days. Agreed to delay delivery until all items were in stock. Had further phone call with Tracy to let me know there had been an unexpected delivery including the item I was waiting for. Everything would be packaged and dispatched the same day. Goods arrived the following morning. Excellent communication is the difference between poor and exceptional customer service. Thank you Tracy
