A Heritage toilet seat that I bought from them had to be returned because it wouldn't fit the pan. This was despite Heritage assuring me it would. I now have a full refund and all was dealt with very efficiently.
It is when things go wrong (even though it wasn't Plumbinbits fault) that you measure how good customer service is.

I ordered a replacement toilet seat late afternoon on 20 December. The package arrived 10am on 22 December. Fitted in 15 mins and I now have a functioning toilet in time for Christmas. Thank you.

Amazing service!
Delivery mishap says it was delivered according to the delivery company, but not arrived. Talked to PlumbingBits, they sent out a copy of original items ordered which was a big order of toilet doghnuts came a couple days later no problem thanks so much even though we know it was100% a courrier issue. Very much apprectiated,

Products supplied were as ordered and dispatched quickly. The prices are reasonable and the spares range and stock levels are excellent. Have just placed my third order refurbishing yet another toilet! Highly recommend PlumbinBits.

I bought a Heritage soft close wc hinge which unfortunately developed a fault. After sending a video of the fault, PlumbinBits immediately contacted Heritage who agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately this took some weeks to arrive and, after a few chases (hence 4 and not 5 stars) with Heritage still having not sent a new part to PlumbinBits, they agreed to send a new replacement rather than wait any longer. Overall a good service, marred slightly by the time delay.

delivery too long
ordered this part on the 7th of Sep. received it on the 13th. Partly my fault because I used 3-5 working day delivery Royal Mail and Royal Mail went on strike on the 8th. It took too long I had to buy alternative parts to do the job. If you add the weekend in on delivery time it could take 7 days. In fairness they did offer a refund on a return but because of the low cost It just wasn't worth it
