Nigel was warm but professional and explained the issues with our current shower affecting its performance.

Engineer Ashis came our on the same day, to the minute he said he would. He took his time carefully the problem with my combi-boiler and fixed it - something other plumber had failed to do!!
He manag3d to complete every5hing in one hour, worked hard, was polite and amiable.
I cannot recommend his service highly enough.

We were kept in formed throughout the day by courteous office staff and the engineer also rang when he was on his way . He did an excellent, thorough job and resolved the issue. Highly recommend.

Turned up on time did exactly what was needed with no upsell or things need to be changed and was very quick service same day installation

I really like that I can report my problem online and get a call-out and resolution the same day, with useful 4-hour windows of arrival. I don't have to drag my poor 87 year old mother out of bed because an engineer is coming at 8am!

I had a double fault this time, which has led to me calling Sean out twice in 2 days. He fixed one problem yesterday and attempted to resolve the other by tightening the kitchen tap so that it stopped swinging around. As it turned out, it was leaking from both ends by today and driving me mad trying to guess which direction the water would gush out in.

I now have a shiny neat new mixer tap from which the water only flows smoothly down towards the sink - ahhh peace, tranquility! Thank you Sean - a great job on both days.

PlumbingForce got in touch very quickly after my online enquiry and sorted a someone for me the very nexy day.
They sent Justin Sidhu who was fantastic. Came the next morning, and not only did he do our gas safety check but identified a gas leak and sorted it there and then. Cannot recommemd him enough.

Very disappointing experience with Plumbing Force.

We were charged £444 to replace a simple tap, which already felt excessive. On top of that, they added a parking fine caused by their own engineer and even charged VAT on top of it.

This was never made clear upfront. Completely unprofessional and poor customer experience.

Customers deserve transparent pricing before work starts, not surprise charges after the job is done. I would not use them again.
