PlusDental Avis 50

Ich bin absolut nicht zufrieden! Plus Dental wirbt mit einer Zufriedenheitsgarantie, jedoch sind sie nicht kooperativ, wenn man noch nicht zufrieden mit dem Endergebnis ist! Meine Behandlung galt als sehr leicht und war abgeschlossen, doch das Ergebnis war nicht nach meinen Vorstellungen und der eine Zahn hat sich sogar verschlechtert.

Zum Vergleich war ich bei einer Konkurenz, um abzuklähren, ob man wirklich nichts mer unternehmen könnte. Ihre Antwort war klar, dass man mit den selben Schienen und Druckpunkten noch einiges erreichen könnte.
Ich habe zwei Jahre für nichts bezahlt.

Ich habe meine Behandlung fertig aber wollte Kontakt mit dem Plusdental aufnehmen seit 5 Tagen weil brauche ich ein Refinement und geht nicht. Per e-mail bekomme ich nur eine Automatische Antwort und anrufen kann ich nicht, ganze Tag sind die die Telefonlinien gespert...

The praxis is centrally located, the staff was very helpful in answering my questions. The whole process was quick and efficient, from 3D scan to X-ray.

The booking was easy, location in Zurich is central and preparation phone call in advance was very helpful.
Besides the fact that my initial appointment had been rescheduled several times from the PlusDental side, my first visit was very pleasant. The staff seemed professional, they walked through the procedure in right detail and transparently explained next steps. I felt in good hands.

Die Terminverfügbarkeit war super, ich konnte gleich am nächsten Tag in die Praxis und den Scan anfertigen lassen. Nun bin ich auf das Ergebnis gespannt ... Bis anhin war alles top organisiert.

Contact Problem, because of „Corona“ and „a lot of demands“. Sorry, that is not an excuse to give a feedback to treatment after two months after the demand was sent many times. The whole treatment process is just went to hell and after excusing and disturbing personal area of a person being surprised that they are blocked and their 2500 CHF aligners are in the trash. I demand to delete all my personal data from your idiotic company and don’t even write any answer to that. Let people read and be shocked what are you doing.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the treatment. Quality and fit of the aligners are how it should be. As the initial treatment did not quite reach the result shown in the 3D-animation, a refinement was offered without any additional cost, which should now work on the details. Customer service via telephone is really friendly and helpful in all occasions! Unfortunately response time of the e-mail customer service is often a few days too long from my point of view and the answers seem to be mostly standard replies. But if you use the telephone service in urgent cases then things are handled in a timely manner.
To recite my initial words: Despite the small inconveniences with the e-mails I am quite satisfied with PlusDental!

Ich bin von dem System begeistert und habe Freude nach 15 Monaten ( Plan 20 Wochen) gerade Zähne zu haben. Jedoch bin ich vom Kundendienst total enttäuscht.
Hilfreich war für mich der Erfahrungsaustausch in der Facebookgruppe.
Jedoch auf meine konkreten Fragen bei der Firma Plusdental bekam ich immer nur Standartantwortmails. Meine Fragen wurden bis heute nicht beantwortet obschon ich mehrmals darum gebeten habe.
Mehrfach bekam ich Mails mit dem Hinweis auf das Abo, dass ich abschliessen kann. Leider ist dies von der Schweiz aus nicht möglich. Netterweise bekam ich dann für meine diversen Umtriebe einen Gutschein für einen Retainer wo mir bei der Bezahlung 99 Euro abgezogen wurden. Als Schweizer musste ich dann noch 50.-- Franken dazuzahlen. Ein Hohn!!!!!
Bitte liebes Plusdental Team nehmt den Schweizern nicht nur150% mehr Geld ab sondern bietet Ihnen wenigstens 20% des Services auch nachdem man einbezahlt hat.
Aus den obengenannten Gründen werde ich PlusDental meinen Bekannten nicht weiterempfehlen.

I'm just rating 4 in general for one reason:
1) I called and asked about the price, and during this call, I wasn’t informed about the X-rays. I would have gone anyways, but I think if someone calls to ask about prices, it should be mentioned before and not once the patient is there.
