I ordered 2 of the Stitch sleeping buddy's for my kids. Wish it had volume control because it is too loud for my kids to even fall asleep to. The real reason for the 1 star review is the company sneaks in a subscription charge, apparently when you click on the Terms of Service. There is no upfront message or even an option unless you read the Terms of Service. Very slick and deceiving and I despise companies that take advantage of people. Anyway, beware, because the company I thought I was ordering from was a subsidiary store to Plushiehaus.com. Again, other information that they were not upfront about. I just saw charges on my bank statement to their company and had no idea why until I reached out to them.

They have charged my account almost $60 last month and tried to charge me another $40 this month. I have disputed the charges and will be getting my money back DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY

I am very disappointed that I am being charged a recurring charge from your company. I was not aware you were going to do this or I would not have ordered from your company. This has caused a great inconvenience to me to have to dispute these charges and close my card. I feel I have been scammed.

Purchased sleeping otter. Music is LOUD, no volume control. DO NOT BUY this knock-off, purchase the FisherPrice one instead! No options to have only breathing, light, etc. Had additional charge 20 days later for $59.28, for what I don't know. Contacted comp, they will refund the 2nd charge however the otter i purchased can't be returned.
