I'm sorry to hear that your rug didn't arrive as expected. I understand how frustrating it can be when a product differs from what you anticipated based on the photos.
The product photography provided by our manufacturers often features larger rug sizes, and certain design details can vary in smaller sizes. We recognize that these differences could be communicated more clearly and apologize for the disappointment.
That said, I did personally review your correspondence with our team and wanted to clarify the return process. When a customer reports receiving an incorrect item, we simply request photos to verify the issue. Once you provided those photos, complimentary return shipping labels were made available to you via email within 24 hours.
While we understand your disappointment, we do feel our team handled your return promptly and reasonably, and I believe that's an important distinction to make.
We're sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations and wish you the best with your future purchases.

Devoid of customer service protocol.
The rug ordered from the pictures on the site arrived and was completely different from the actual rug received. I reached out to customer service and after explaining the situation I was informed, curtly, as if I was an annoyance, that if I unrolled the rug received I would see it was the one from the site. I sent pictures of both the rug I thought I was getting..as well as a picture of the rug received to show that they looked nothing alike. The woman offered no acknowledgement of the discrepancy between the two and offered no solution. Simply repeating that I received the rug ordered and nothing else. When showing the website picture compared to what I received to a family member they said…” Oh, they’ve sent you the wrong rug. The person I contacted from the company simply offered nothing but a very curt response… never again.

After reviewing the call, emails, and photo provided, we can see that your concern was that the rug you received did not appear to match what you expected from the product photos online. Because the photo we received showed the rug still rolled and wrapped in its packaging, it was difficult to see the full pattern clearly. From what our team could see, however, the visible design appeared consistent with the rug shown on our website.
During the call, our team member suggested unrolling the rug so the full design could be reviewed and asked that you reach back out if you still had concerns once it was opened. Our records do not show that we received any additional photos or communication after that conversation.
That said, we’re sorry if our response came across as dismissive or curt. Regardless of the circumstances, we never want a customer to feel as though their concerns are an inconvenience or aren’t being taken seriously.
We’re having a supervisor reach out directly so we can follow up with you and make sure your concerns receive another review.

I love this rug
I love this rug. I put it in a bathroom I redid and something happened which I hadn’t realized. It pulled the whole room together, matching the color of the shower curtain, the ochre cafe curtains and pulling together the blue in the floor tiles. The rug design itself even copies the shapes of the floor tiles. A home run !
