This place is a total scam . I got the shipment 2 months late. then it was terrible quality so i wanted to return it and they didnt respond for another month so i disputed the charge. After they responded they said in order to return/refund i needed to remove the dispute so i removed it and they sent me a prepaid envelope. i sent it back to them. It got returned back to me so I sent it back to them. I sent it again and it go returned back to me. This process took 2 months since when items are returned to you it takes a while to make it back. I emailed them about this and now they are not responding. Now they are not responsive and I cant dispute the charge since I withdrew it. Lesson learned don’t withdraw a dispute from a merchant if they tell you to this. This company is a terrible scam.

This is what I plan to write in public forum:

A word of caution to fellow golf parents before you spend on a training aid that's heavily marketed to the junior golf community.

I have two sons who compete year-round. Time, money, and effort go into this. So when a product is five weeks late, arrives with manufacturing flaws, and doesn't work as advertised, it's not a minor inconvenience — it's a breach of trust.

What went wrong:

1. The order was never sent on time. By the seller's own admission, it was missed, and the delivery landed five weeks past the promised window.

2. Manufacturing flaws out of the box. The socks don't fit cleanly into each other, and repacking them back into the original box is a fight every time.

3. The laser light is not usable in daylight — despite the product being marketed as a practice tool that works indoors and out. In reality, it's an indoor-only aid.

4. When I raised all three issues, the response was a 10–15% discount on a "next order." There is no next order. I'm asking for a full refund.

If you're evaluating golf training aids for your kids, ask hard questions before you buy. Marketing claims and product performance are two very different things here.

I ordered a Plus putt kit. But is not receiving anything from them.
It's a SCAM !!!
I want to change my review on plusputt. It's all legit. But it tock a little too long to receive the item.
I'm really sorry for my first review!

Months ago I ordered and received an email with an order number stating they'd notify me when the product shipped. Queries have gone unanswered and the link in the email leads nowhere. This is a scam.

Arrived from the US to UK quickly (approx 2 weeks), good quality and very bright lasers!

Yet to be tested but I think this is great value. The laser itself is incredibly strong and bright which will be great for using outdoors. Bought this to support my son with his alignment on putting and irons and I suspect it will be a very good tool. All parts fit neatly into portable packing box which will fit neatly in any golf bag.
