The shipping process was delayed and didn’t come in dates they intended. The product was good however with the transparent they never stuck on the whole time I would continuously be pushing the edges down as they’d come off… then once taking it off the adhesive ripped the skin off my nose, deeply and I am really shocked as I wrote customer services but no one seemed to care as there was no response.
It has been over two months since I placed my order, and I still have not received anything.
I contacted Pneuma Tape multiple times. Every time, they replied saying, “It will arrive in a few days.” The exact same message, over and over again.
Two months later, still nothing.
No clear tracking. No concrete delivery date. Just repeated promises that were never fulfilled.
This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save your money and your time.

Pneuma tape used be great, good money and product ratio. In the last year they halved the amount of tapes per package for the same money, started to send packages slower and I am still to receive the last package I ordered 3 months ago. When I contact them, they don't always answer and when answering saying things like they can resend it. The status is clearly received, not sent. I don't recommend this company with the current customer service and price.
The website advises orders shipping 3-5 days I waited nearly 3 weeks to receive my order. When I asked to cancel an order the customer service team waited 10 days to reply and then said it was too late - which of course it was! When I asked to escalate the complaint they just gave a robotic reply again say it couldn’t be cancelled and not responding to my questions at all. The product is good but the customer service is awful absolutely shocking!
I returned to sender with confirmed tracking 30 days ago. They have yet to refund me and keep telling me "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we are still waiting for feedback from our team."
Best nasal tape on the market. Has stayed on through 10 hours a sweating during an ultra. Looks class to, once you go pneuma you never go back

Best nasal and mouth tape brand I’ve ever used. I’ve worn my pneuma for multiple marathons and never come off. The adhesive on the tape even lasts during swimming which is so good.
I’d highly recommend anyone to wear these when training & sleeping!!

I started using the mouth tape a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. It has definitely helped me sleep better; I wake up less through out the night & wake up feeling more refreshed. I have really sensitive skin & was nervous I’d break out from using it but it hasn’t bothered my skin at all! Def recommend

I placed an order with Pneumatape but never received the package, even though their system marked it as delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they initially just told me it was delivered and provided only a zip code, not the specific delivery address. It took four days before they said their team would look into it.
It’s now been over two weeks with no further updates or resolution. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the delayed response and lack of clear communication have been very disappointing.
I hope the company reconsiders how it handles delivery disputes. This experience has impacted my trust in the brand.

Dude these are amazing. On my 5th order so far, I refuse to run without one. I’ve never felt so calm during a run. Insane what one simple concept can do for performance. A must have! These are amazing for any athletes. If applied correctly, it stays on for hours!

Horrendous company!!! AVOID. I ordered 27 strips on Black Friday - a package arrived almost a month later with only 15 nasal strips. They have since changed their product to give a month supply that only contains 15 strips?!? I paid for 27 so asked that they send the remaining ones, I had an apology email returned and was informed that they would sort it and send my new ones. 18th of December I was told I would have another pack sent out, still waiting.
Honestly - avoid the company. Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Go to boots instead!

I ordered these a couple times before, £23 for 27 strips and delivery. Now £27 for 15 strips and delivery. Mad cost change since their instagram following increased. Considering they're from china, and half the pack sweats off most the time I wouldn't bother.

After seeing these all over UK socials I decided to order. Not only were they seemingly the most expensive ones available a 'month's supply' of 'sleep' stripes contains 15 stripes which have one use each? Make it make sense.
I've so far been waiting 8 days and my product has not left CHINA. - So much for the quick postage / delivery I was hoping for.

Paid them, waited 6 weeks, product never showed up. Wrote customer service and they just kept saying they were looking into it, but never got back to me with any info. A cash grab scam.

Great nasal tapes, ultra comfortable and useful. The only downside is the price (fairly high) and that they cannot be re-used. It would be wonderful to have tapes that can be re-used, particularly for sleeping.
