Pocket Door Superstore Avis

Not Pocket Door’s issue, but the latch and handle I chose did not come with clear directions, so I called. They converted the measurements and decrypted the diagram for me to understand with patience and kindness. Expeditious delivery too. I will order again from them.

Helpful, on time delivery

Ben Mottershead was my salesman and he was great. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me get exactly what I was wanting at the price point that fit my project. I got all of my pocket doors installed and installation was easy just like he said. I would recommend the pocket doors superstore to others because of my positive experience with Ben. Thank you.

I needed an acoustic sliding pocket door for our kitchen renovation. This is a non-standard door, to say the least. The first few options I found online were so confusing that I could not figure out what I need to order and what the package would include. Then I found the Pocket Door Superstore. They sell a kit that includes everything I needed.

Installing this door was not trivial. But both the sale people and the support people were very useful in helping me out.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, clear instructions.

Paul was so helpful, informative and cared that we got our questions answered. Doors delivered two days after order placed. We would definitely recording business with them!

ordering was very easy, and shipping was very good.

Arrived damaged,

Shout out to Kelly Smith.
I accidentally ordered the wrong door size and emailed my mistake. I then connected with Kelly who sorted out my mistake and reconfigured the correct delivery.
2 days later the corrected order arrived.

Very fast shipping and excellent inventory.

Excellent service. !!!
I spoke with a representative on the phone who was very helpful and even got back to me about an issue with my order of his own initiative. It turned out I was about to order something that was not going to work with the system I had already purchased.

received complete order

Great Value, Items as described and quick shipping.

Totally great service and had what i needed!

I was contacted very quickly and helped with all questions without hesitation. Even when I expected next day answers to questions, they emailed late that evening.

Excellent product and order status communication. One part was out of stock but I assume further delay is caused by the hurricane
